Arrived promptly

I havebeen dealing with Vyne on behalf of my father who has had a catheter for over two years. I can't fault the service from both the customer service team to the delivery man Steve who delivers to us here in Wyke, West Yorkshire. He always ensures our supplies are delivered safely and is very friendly.

Needed an emergency supply of stoma bags because of a muddle up at my local medical practice - my order had not gone through to the pharmacy, so I was running out and panicking a bit. My choice was either a visit to our local hospital - it was the weekend - or an online order. In the end, I did both. Guess what - got an emergency supply from the hospital after a two hour wait and came home to my online order just arriving at our door. Never mind - got plenty in reserve now. Thanks.

I was in need of a product for my urostomy and it was delivered so promptly I was delighted.

Items, ordering was easy medical specific useful website, able to identify exactly what I required. Delivery prompt. As it turns out I was able to manage remediate the medical emergency . Then contacted Vyne and explained my situation, the returns (unopened box items) was fast simple gracious (label code for Post office provided, and refund very quick . I accepted initial delivery postage delivery cost, this was reasonable and fair. Great company will be my UK go to in future. Hopefully I recover and do not require any medical aids. Great to know the company is there good service & emails online from Lisa Tse. Thanks again .
