I’ve worked with the same designer, Darko, on several projects, and he consistently impresses me with his understanding of follow-up designs. He takes my revision requests and applies them thoughtfully, using his skills to refine each concept. Thanks to his detailed approach, I always have a clear sense of the direction and progress of my jersey designs. Darko’s professionalism makes the entire process smooth and keeps me confidently in control of every stage. Also my customer representative Olya has been attentive and cordial about any inquiries I have about the product design and manufacturing process. This is a very honest experience, attractive and quite fun to make your own custom team jersey. Its all thanks to Wooter Apparel. Thank you !

My rep was Olya and she was amazing. We were so undecided as to design,color, and layout from the start. This caused me to go back and forth with her and keep making changes due to my indecisiveness and I continually waited for attitude and disgust or a plan no answer at all. I ordered team baseball bags with the assistance from Olya. She made the entire process easy from start to finish. When the bags arrived the manufacture made a slight error. Olya was quick to resolve this issue and had new bags shipped to me in a few weeks. Could have asked for a better customer service experience.
