I bought a Worx lawnmower and strimmer about 5 years ago. Very happy with them. A part on the lawnmower control unit snapped and I was dreading having to replace or have an expensive repair. I emailed Worx and they were so helpful. Identified the part I needed and said they would send it free of charge. With so many companies forgetting about customers, I was really impressed by this service. Thank you Worx
Worx WX038 vacuum - DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
Worx WX038 vacuum - avoid this at all costs; the unit functions well enough in 'short' mode, but when I added the longer tube I had two issues.
1. From the start, the beater head is so close to the floor that you can't effectively use it on anything but hard floors. Carpets are a distinct nono.
2. Recently, the unit has started cutting out after a few seconds use in 'long' mode. The battery is fully charged, the unit is properly cleaned out, the filter is clean.
I contacted customer services via the website during December and have had zero response. I think as long as your stuff works (and I have purchased several other items which so far, work fine), you're good. If you run into any product issues, you're goosed.
I'll hang onto the vac for workshop use in short mode. The long version is beyond useless. Very disappointed.
Fantastic , prompt customer service.
I own a hydroshot machine , its been a great tool and performed well. However like all things mechanical its subject to wear and tear. It no longer performs the same as when it was new . I e- mailed Works customer service requesting advice . I recieved a response from Patrick in tier 2 customer after sales the following day ,requesting further information about the machines performance . The outcome of our communications exceeded all my expectations and i will be purchasing further product from this company. Ecxellent good old fashioned customer service , as it used to be !

Bought a Worx Landroid WR155E robot mower 3 years ago, never been any trouble until it was just out of its 3 years guarantee , mower kept saying wire missing , checked what I could to no avail ! thought I would ring Worx on the off chance they would help ?although as I said it was just out of guarantee ? The guy I spoke to was Ollie , he diagnosed what he thought was the problem and said he would send me a replacement charging station free of charge, still didnât work! Rang them again and explained it didnât work still, to my amazement they then posted me a new power box supply free on charge.
I would just like to say this is a fantastic company to deal with & the customer service is unbelievably brilliant !

I own several Worx items and theyâre great. However, they are poor a resolving customer issues. Quite simply I bought an item a few days before they launched Black Friday. I contacted them to see if they would honour the discount for me. They said they only do this if the price changes within 24 hours. Wow, thatâs tight! So I have to return the item for a refund and then buy it again with the Black Friday discount. Seems like unnecessary hassle for both me and Worx, but the discount is too big to ignore. What a shame they canât see how frustrating this is to a customer and simply sort it out.
Shameful response and customer service!
An initial call to Worx about one of their products I was looking to purchase was met with very limited patience or, seemingly, technical knowledge. I decided to do my own research. Giving Worx the benefit of the doubt I attempted to purchase from them at which point their website seem to be having issues. Thought I would be helpful and let Worx know that they had an issue by calling them. Worx didn't seem to be the slightest bit concerned they had an issue, or care any less that I wanted to purchase their products. I'm glad I didn't end up purchasing products from this company because I do not think their customer service would have been up to much at all should I have had a problem. I will stay well clear of this company and purchasing any of their products in future. Shameful response from you Worx (considering I need not have contacted you to tell you that you had a website issue and you might be losing sales) and dreadful customer service.

Great tools, but customer service is absolute rubbish, I cancelled an order because I could get the tool cheaper elsewhere, I'm on day 4 of waiting for my £179.99 refund with no explaination as to what the delay is about. Good one Worx, it really isn't hard to keep customers happy.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a pole saw over a week ago and despite trying to contact customer services FOUR times I have yet to receive anything or get a response. Cheap tat from China with zero focus on customers.
Worx Landroid Robot Lawn Mower
This ranks as one of the worst products I have ever bought. I have now owned it for three years and I have spent hours trying to resolve issues. It is not fit for purpose and I wouldnât buy one again. One of the reasons for buying originally was to ensure that the grass was cut while I am away from home. Several times now, while away, I have received an error message that states that a wire is missing. On each occasion, the battery has fully discharged while on the charging station. Nothing to do with wires. Two batteries have now been ruined because of this.
It gets stuck so easily and rucks up the grass badly when it does get stuck.
I have bought both additional obstacle avoidance modules. Neither work properly. Sometimes it will avoid objects and, where magnetic strips have been laid, go around a feature such as a shrub bed. At other times, like today, it ignores the strip and goes straight into the bed damaging shrubs and rucking up the grass with the wheels continuing to spin. I have followed the instructions closely. I have even completely relaid a perimeter wire. After three years, during which time it has been off as much as on, Iâm admitting defeat. It is going in the bin. Iâd like to think Worx will read this and not dismiss it out of hand but why should they care? Itâs out of warranty and no longer their problem. Do yourself a favour: donât buy a Worx Landroid lawn mower.

I deeply regret purchasing their products. I purchased as an investment for the future. I discovered that cheeper products sold by mainline DIY retailers were much better at doing the work. I've lost a fortune. WORX is NOT a name you can trust.
Stock issues, no delivery⊠no refund?
When able to get a response from customer service, Max Pocock seems to be the only person dealing with messages, they can do so politely. However, thatâs the end of the good news unfortunately. Most recently, having ordered a £300+ product, I waited a day or 2 after expected delivery to contact and was told they actually didnât have any stock, please accept a cheaper alternative. When I questioned this, I received an unhelpful response, âwe donât have any other optionsâ. The website then showed the product as back in stock, so I chased on my email with further questions and a request for my issue to be escalated, I got back an email saying they had raised the issue with IT, and I havenât heard anything since. Itâs been 2 weeks, and Iâm down £300+. Even if I do receive a product, dealing with their customer service for orders has been excruciating, Iâm left with no desire to deal with this company again, never mind any confidence that further contact would be handled at all. Where other reviews leave comments suggesting the website to be a scam, I wouldnât be surprised. On the other hand, I believe the entire company to be built on poor judgement and hopes: unable to maintain stock control, buggy website and products, old technology, incorrect charges, inability to handle issues, and no desire to support their customers.
Superb customer service Firdt rate product.
Having some poor reviews for WORX I did not know what to expect. I hade cause to contact them because of a part for my Hedge trimmer went missing.
Customer was excellent as as they explained the model was no longer in Stock but if I had the original receipt they would deal with it under Warranty. They did this and replaced it with an improved model which was brilliant when I used this weekend. Superb customer service from start to finish.

Having bought a Worx lawn mower and strimmer I was not expecting the hedge trimmer to be faulty. But it was, and it was no problem getting it exchanged. Patrick Sanders replied promptly and professionally from customer support and we now have a very capable trimmer. The other comments are accurate: the products and the customer service are very good.
