Best ever customer service

I spoke to Patrick S this morning regarding a replacement battery for a cordless hedge trimmer. He was amazing - polite, knowledgeable, engaging and VERY helpful. He provided the gold standard of customer service - particularly impressive as I had made three phone calls prior to this one to various customer service/after sales call centres in an attempt to purchase the same spare part. Worx UK provided much better customer service than the after sales call centres of the seller and the brand. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you.

How refreshing to have such good


How refreshing to have such good quality customer support. From my first enquiry re how to purchase a spare part, to receiving it, had been straightforward. They responded quickly and it was a real human not some automated response. They clearly wanted to help me get the part I needed. The delivery came in the time they said it would. Bingo! Every email back and forth was prompt and polite. The Worx Strimmer/Edger has been a brilliant tool which had been recommended to me. It was an error on my part the piece went missing. I will certainly buy from this company in the future. Thanks

I got a word pressure washer and the box was looking as tho it was taped and when I told the customer service they said it was packed by machine no protection for the pressure washer and there was no battery included I wished I could add images here so everyone could see It customer service is horrible and I don't see any help here

Great service experience.

I contacted Worx as I wasn't able to find a replacement blade for my mower on the spares section of their website. Turns out my mower is a newish model, so the spares aren't set up yet. The customer support person that contacted me got a new blade out of the production supply, and sent it to me free of charge. In this day and age, customer service like that is very hard to find, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Worx products as being worthy of purchase.

Contacted Worx 2 days ago through online portal. No confirmation email to say it had been received by a system never mind a person. Still no contact after 2 working days and still no idea if a real person is dealing with it. Website die not include power tools in service section only garden tools and no customer service number. Last time I buy from worx direct. Amazon would have replaced the faulty tool by now. Also have no email from the order I placed online. System needs some attention.

DELIGHTED - SEAN WAS BRILLIANT

This review is not about the product, but the support I received when I had a problem with one: A Worx Landroid persistently showing "E01".

At first I had trepidation about this: For UK Worx customers, there is no phone number to call, not even a live chat function online. I just had to email and hope, so I felt completely helpless and at the mercy of whatever standard of customer service Worx have!

I submitted an enquiry one evening and to my astonishment, Sean replied at 8:32am the following morning!

Every email thereafter was responded to very quickly: It's as if Sean was responding in real time!

Sean very cleverly ascertained from the log file that it was the charger at fault. It would never have occurred to me to suspect the charger: I thought it was far too simple an item for that and I was convinced the mower was at fault.

In summary, thanks again to Sean for a clever diagnosis, quick response to emails at every stage and a quick resolution to the problem, I’m delighted. I really hope Sean's managers are aware of how well he handled this and how pleased I am.

I genuinely can’t fault Worx customer service

I genuinely can’t fault Worx customer service. I’ve had a couple of issues with my Landroid over the years and they always sort it quickly and with zero fuss. I genuinely can’t think of another company that has its customer service so swept up. And it will probably be the weighting factor that makes me buy another Landroid when the time comes.

Good products.

In Italy, I bought a robot lawnmower from Worx 5 years ago (Landroid 143E), and during all this time it has worked pretty well. It takes a lot of work off my hands because before I had to go up and down the lawn with the tractor at least once a week. Today the robot does it for me, and it only needs one day out of three, with almost identical results. Or better, due to the regular and continuous cutting, that keeps the grass constantly low. I also bought a second charging base (without the robot) for a second circuit in another area of ​​the lawn, where the same robot works, and also there one day out of three. The battery lasts a long time and in any case I bought another one that I keep charged thanks to a chainsaw (and a hedge trimmer, both from Worx and also very functional), which use and recharge the same batteries. In short, I'm satisfied. Of course, all robot lawnmowers have some limitations when compared to a tractor, for example if the terrain is uneven or the grass has been left to grow too much; but these remain marginal problems compared to the service provided (after all, even tractors cause inconveniences). Moreover, Worx Italy offers a toll-free number where it is possible and easy to ask for technical assistance in case of need. I am unable to make comparisons with robots of other brands, but personally I am happy with mine.

In answer to my phone inquiry concerning a battery for my Worx strimmer, I was so relieved a) to be talking to a live human being and b) one so warm, understanding and helpful to the extent that my issue was resolved over the phone. Bravo.

Bought the incredibly expensive


Bought the incredibly expensive Landroid Vision but it clearly has cataracts. It is the most useless 15kg of plastic I have ever bought. It’s the second one and both are useless. I made the mistake of thinking If I upgrade it will get better, error. I may as well cut the grass myself. Off to buy a different model and will bin this one. Cannot sell it on eBay as I would feel it unfair on the poor sap that bought it.

Excellent customer service – above and beyond expectations!

I reached out to WORX on 23rd April 2025 for a simple parts replacement on my WORX Cordless Lawn Mower WG779E.2 (bought back in September 2023 and worked hard ever since on my large corner-lot garden). Instead of just sending the part, WORX discovered I still had an active warranty I’d never registered—and immediately offered a full replacement.

Pickup booked a few days later: WORX arranged for DPD to collect my old mower.

9th May: DPD emailed to say they were expecting a parcel for me.

13th May: A brand-new mower landed on my doorstep— zero cost.

From first contact to replacement in under three weeks, all proactive on WORX’s side. Superb product and excellent customer care. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service

I have a number of Worx products and they have served me very well over the years. I recently bought a mini chainsaw and I love the product (it is so light and effortless for cutting) but it developed a chain tensioning problem. I contacted Worx support and after supplying details of where I'd purchased and when, arranged for a free return of the product and in a very short time, a brand new mini chainsaw was delivered to me. I found their customer service to be quick, polite and professional and I am very happy with the product & service. I'll buy more of their kit next time I have a requirement.

Scrap 1 x £200 Lawnmower

I bought a £200 lawnmower from Worx through 'Very' 2 1/2 years ago, Last week while mowing the whole handle snapped off.
Contacted 'Positec who makes the product'
They asked for photos which I supplied, and then an Invoice, which due to the age I couldn't supply, I explained this wasn't a warranty claim and that I wanted to purchase a replacement handle as simple as that, (this isn't a part that we have available as a spare I was told)
Scrap 1 x £200 working Lawnmower over a handle.

Super tools and even better service

Whilst having both Worx main and 18/20v tools I have never found fault in the six years of ownership with any of them. All of them have performed exactly as described and better than I could have hoped for. Recently I found that m 18/20v Worx vacuum would not switch on. Even though I had owned the vacuum for 21/2 years I put a call into Patrick Sanders at Worx for a replacement switch. No he said, we don't have them as spares so we will send you a new unit.
His team had the replacement to me in less than two weeks.
Well done all and thank you.

Phenomenal service from the Worx


Phenomenal service from the Worx customer support team. I own a variety of different Worx tools and batteries and I noticed my lawnmower wasn't working as it should. I contacted the customer support team who dealt with the matter instantly. Replacement mower en route!
