Excellent product and delivery
I bought a cordless lawnmower which was on offer. It arrived quickly and is excellent. A few days later I bought a cordless strimmer and had the same experience. I would definitely use them again.
Fantastic customer service
I have five Worx garden tools, six batteries and three chargers. The system is great. My favourite tool of all is the electric secateur/shears. Suffering from an arthritic thumb, this tool effortlessly cuts through stems up to an inch thick as if they were butter. I love it. However, I realised a nut had somehow fallen off the blades, therefore, although still working, it was not gripping properly. I contacted customer service and Emma was brilliant, always reachable and efficient. I sent the tool back and within a week of it being received, I was sent a new tool with another battery and charger. I am delighted with the service I have received. Iâm now thinking of getting the cordless chainsaw to join the lawnmower, strimmer, garden hoover, hedge cutter and electric shear.
Small but taken seriously
After realising that a small stud keeping the wheel in place on my cordless lawnmower had come off, managed to get in touch with after sales team. Although it was only a small stud, they could not do enough to help and within days a new part arrived. All fitted back now and very happy as I really like this mower.
I had a problem with a cordlessâŠ
I had a problem with a cordless strimmer and, having identified what I thought was the problem, contacted Customer Services to ask if they might be able to send me a replacement part. They responded very quickly to advise that as the product was still under guarantee they wished to provide a replacement tool. Returning the old one to them was made very easy & the replacement has now been received. Patrick Sanders and Emma Smith were excellent throughout with prompt responses to my messages and a âcan doâ attitude at all times. This was very much appreciated and they are a credit to the company.

Nothing but praise for Worx, having purchased an item from Homebase last November, & stupidly not checking in the box, I reached out to the company as a grass collection box was missing. Superb Service and Superb Tools!
Iâve been using these tools for years and they are superb. The only tool that ever went wrong was the nail gun, and after just under two years, it started playing up. However, I called the customer helpline and spoke to an extremely pleasant and helpful chap named Patrick Sanders. He was very good and sent me out a replacement (new model) immediately. I was not expecting such a brilliant service tbh. Worx and Patrick should be applauded for looking after their customer so well.. 5 stars !!

Top brand, quality tools
I have invested in a range of WORX DIY and gardening cordless tools in recent years and have found them excellent quality and well-priced.
I've only ever had one issue with a new tool, which was promptly resolved by Emma Smith in Product Support.
I would recommend the WORX brand to anyone.

I had an issue with the batteries/charger of my lawn mower. The customer service team have been fantastic in helping me out and resolving the issue quickly without issue.
After care support
I purchased the WG737E electric lawnmower and at the beginning it worked so well that I recommended it to my son. His lawnmower is still working efficiently. Unfortunately, after less than a year the battery output on mine was not fit for purpose. However, the prompt response from the after care team, in particular Patrick, was very reassuring and after several backwards and forwards emails I will be the proud owner of two new batteries. Thanks again Patrick.

I purchased Worx wx841.9 nail gun but it failed to fire. I spoke to Customer services and Patrick suggested it might be an underpowered battery as my existing batteries are a few years old. Patrick sent me a new battery and hey presto it worked first time.

In this age of little or no customer support, I have to say that the Worx support team have been amazing! I had to return my mini circular saw due to a fault and the second line team turned a replacement around in a week. In terms of the product itself, very good value for money too!
