I had lost a part from my Worx mini chainsaw on first use and called the helpline and spoke to an agent who after ensuring heâd correctly identified the part in question immediately placed an order to ship the part. Purchased a pressure gun but didnt use it for a few weeks . There was a part missing and once I contacted Patrick at Workx it was dealt with very quickly and the part is now in the post. Very impressed with his high level of service throughout .

After a few months, Power washer faulty,contacted customer service,sent video to show them problem.
They sent me a return label.after about 10 days received replacement.

Quick replacement of faulty item
I have left a review for poor service from Worx in the past, so to offer balance...
I bought a hedge trimmer direct from Worx and when it arrived something was rattling around inside.
I sent a video to Worx customer service and they arranged for the faulty item to be collected at a convenient time.
I made them aware that I needed the trimmer for a job that weekend so they arranged for a replacement to be sent as soon as I confirmed the faulty item had been collected, the whole process took less than a week,

Switch/Driver drillâŠ
I have been in dispute with this company since July 2024. I sent a faulty switch driver due to sticking switch in July.
They have continually fobbed me off I have asked them to return the drill or reimburse me They say they will reimburse me because the drill cannot be found. They then go on to say the reimbursement will be in the form of a cheque but that has not appeared. The customer service side is non existent
Extremely frustrating and disappointing
Awful packaging but very good customer service
For some reason they send everything wrapped in black shrink wrap which offers no protection to purchases. I had to organise an exchange as my first delivery was in an awful state.
The level of customer service I received from Emma was outstanding and within a day I had a replacement item delivered and the damaged one picked up via DPD.
