I played sports betting on the BTi / (ACE365 or whatever app you played through) platform. I was supposed to win a total of 2,426.81 BDT after winning a legitimate bet. The stake was 857.95 BDT.
But now it has been 32 hours, and they still haven't paid my winnings.
I contacted customer support several times. Sometimes it says—
“Please wait, processing.”
And sometimes it says—
“Your money has been returned to your account.”
But I have checked my account again and again—
Not a single penny has been returned.
This is clear fraud and incredibly unfair treatment of users.
I have saved my:
Bet slip
Proof of winning
Screenshot
and can provide it to the Trustpilot team if needed.
