"Certified" instrument in reality not certified.

I ordered several instruments such as engine data management, two artificial horizons: AV-30C and AV-20S. All this instruments are specified on the webside as "certified". All orders were placed with the remark "must come with form 8130". The AV-20S came without certificate. AirTeam said, itÂŽs not available. I want to send it back. AirTeam is simply ignoring me, no reaction at all. It is illegal to install that instrument in a certified aircraft. It is worthless for me.

Pessima esperienza zero stelle

Pessima esperienza. Rimanete alla larga. Fanno solo perdere tempo alla gente. Spediscono sbagliando indirizzo e il pacco torna a loro. Non fanno rimborso ma solo voucher e solo dopo che il pacco rientra da loro. Pessimo modo di lavorare meglio acquistare su altri siti più seri!

Dear Carlo,

Thank you for your feedback. We value constructive criticism; however, we would like to clarify the situation from our side.

The order was placed on our e-shop on February 23, and the parcel was shipped the following day to the delivery address provided during checkout. This same address was later confirmed by you via email. According to the carrier’s tracking information, two delivery attempts were made on March 2. As per standard courier procedure, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.

Although the shipping address was correct and confirmed, we offered—at our own expense—to reship the parcel to you once it returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, this solution was not acceptable to you.

Regarding the refund request, the purchase was made under a legal entity. Under applicable law, withdrawal from the contract is not automatically granted in such cases. While we may accept returns in certain situations, in this case we offered an alternative solution. Therefore, we do not consider a direct refund justified.

As soon as the parcel is physically returned to our warehouse, we will immediately issue the voucher redeemable on our e-shop. We believe it is reasonable to issue the voucher once the product is back in our possession.

We always aim to act in accordance with our terms and conditions and to find fair solutions for our customers.

Your service is great

Your service is great, but the DPD Hungary is a crapy service, basically ZERO customer service. Be careful and send them a feedback.
In my case, the 2nd attempt of delivery was not done, the parcel never got to the pickup point, which was agreed and confirmed, instead of that, (after coordination every day) they said: The parcel goes back to you. Without knowing somebody in the management, the parcel goes back to the sender.
Last year, I have ordered 20 qt oil . 2 cans were broken, the whole parcel was submerged in oil. DPD did it, they broke it, reboxed here in hungary, but still was hardly manageable. Thanks to you, you have put the sensitive stuff in a plastic bag, so no damage to those things.

Next time, I place an order, I will use the other method.

Ich hatte einen Autopiloten Ende August


Ich hatte einen Autopiloten Ende August bestellt UND bezahlt. Mitte November habe ich storniert da Airteam nicht liefern konnte. Man sagte mir zu mein Geld innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurÃŒck zu bekommen. Diese frist wurde nicht eingehalten, auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet. Die telefonnummer Funktioniert nicht.
