BEWARE, PREMEDITATED SCAM. I bought a multimedia screen for my car for 369€ on the Andream EU website. Instead of the screen, I received a small box containing a cheap paper poster and two useless pieces of plastic.
The worst part is how they operate to try and deceive the payment platform: on Andream's own website, they state that the screen weighs 3 KG. However, on my package's shipping label, they falsely printed '1.732 KG' to simulate sending a heavy electronic device and trick the courier company. When I placed the box I actually received on a digital scale, the total real weight was barely 1 KG (1026 grams).
They use this tactic so the shipment generates a valid tracking number and shows as 'Delivered' in the system, allowing them to keep your money by claiming they did fulfill the order. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal. I have opened a fraud dispute providing all the photographic evidence of the scale, the fake label, and the garbage I received, and the case is already escalated to a claim to get my money back.
If you are considering buying from this store, RUN AWAY. It is a scam where you risk being sent literal garbage so they can steal your money. Terrible service and even worse intentions.

Product was clearly advertised as shipped from a European warehouse.

I received the item, but when I requested a return, the seller required me to send it back to China at my own expense, which is very costly and risky.

Additionally, the seller asked me to cancel my PayPal dispute in exchange for providing a European return address. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns.

The return conditions were not consistent with the original offer.

Customer support was unhelpful and the whole process felt unfair.

I would strongly recommend being careful before buying from this seller.

Perfect service when the webshop can sell you something, terrible service when you want to cancel the order and send it back.

Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else with more service

Like many others I got scamned by this liar Tang. After ripping the head unit out five times following his stupid useless instructions I gave and wanted to return it, all according to his own return policy. He started complaining about the logistical problems a return would entail and stopoed answering.
This guy is a liar and sells stuff that doesn’t work. Do not buy! I will now start reporting him to all kinds of scam authorities.
A few days have passed. I talked to a tecnician who said that I have to have a special wire bundle with a canbus box. The original camera runs on 6v. So I was right not go in there connecting 12v.
The seller also wants me to try sell it on ebay😂

Bought a head unit for my E92. The sound is really bad, I'm sure I've got a faulty unit. I contacted the support and they told me the AUX sound quality cannot be changed and that everyone had different feelings about sound quality.
They know they have problems with their products and still sell them. Also, there's no space to fit the cable harness they send behind the radio. You will have a hard time to fit it in. Many people are cutting their radio support to fit it in.

Bought the 10.25" for an f30 last week. Fitted it today. Works perfectly. Shipped out quickly. Install was simple enough if you follow a guide from YouTube

1. Units don't work as expected. When you ask to replace it - the support keeps asking for some troubleshooting. I probably disassembled my dashboard about 10 times already.
2. They don't publish negative reviews for their units on the website. I left negative feedback, and it didn't appear.
3. A few months after troubleshooting, they started repeating themselves. I said that I wouldn't do troubleshooting anymore and I wanted my refund or replacement. The company now asks 45$ for the shipping fee to China. That is against EU law and there is nothing about that in their warranty policy."

I have exactly similar experience with this scam company. Well, I sent them my faulty product and paid 30€ for the shipping and they didn't pick up my parcel from post office in time🤦‍♂️ Now the parcel is on its way back to me and guess what they said? They told me to send parcel again for 30€ 😂 Stay very far away from this company!

I bought a screen for e92 (E-series), they sent me an email that they needed info about my car so they could send the right screen, sure why not!

2-3 weeks later i received the WRONG product, they sent me a screen for an F-series. Sad but okay, sometimes things get wrong no problem! I spoke to them and they told me to send it back which i did.
I paid £35 for the shipping fee which they sadly wouldn’t pay me back they said. No problem just send me my package. After they received the package i’ve sent back they said my new screen is out of order and would take 2 weeks before it comes back to stock.

It’s been more than 2 weeks now and they’ve stopped answering to my emails. I’ve been waiting for MORE than 2 months now. They stole my money and gave me nothing. No refund, no screen, nothing. I paid for the screen plus EXTRA shipping fees to send the wrong screen back to them! Be careful with these guys, Do NOT buy from them!
Buy from eBay, same product and cheaper and if something is wrong eBay will refund you at least

On the recommendation of a friend, I bought their product for my F30. I installed the MMI Box. They helped me quickly when I had problems installing. CarPlay works fine, connected with my iPhone when i start my car. The original Rear Camera works also perfekt and the PDC, all Signals wokrs fine. Also the integrated Mic. works good. I will also recommend this store to my friends.

l'installation nous a pris environ 6-7 heures, je l'ai installé avec mon mari (tous deux amateurs). nous avons regardé plusieurs tutoriels YT avant l'installation et c'était bien :) tout en retirant le tableau de bord, vous devez utiliser plus de puissance et le câblage était parfois assez déroutant, mais le vendeur était vraiment utile - nous avons eu un gros problème avec les haut-parleurs (ils ne fonctionnaient pas), mais nous avons oublié pour reconnecter les fibres optiques. nous avons mis la boîte sous la radio CD, il y avait beaucoup d'espace. donc, je suis très satisfait!

After the negative reviews the CS contacted and replaced the unit. It worked perfectly since that.

Worst company do not expect the headunit to work more than a year they do not offer service when you will contact them they will offer you to sell you new they do not honor the guarentee stay away.they are under the name andream AIOCAOI or ewaygps

I ordered this from Andream, 8.8" wireless Apple CarPlay + Android auto Head unit multimedia for a BMW Series 5 E60. The delivery was 5 days which was the only good thing, when I opened the box the first thing I found was the return card from the previous buyer. I contacted there customer support (a man called Tang) who assured me that the unit was unused and only returned as the previous buyer no longer wanted it and that it had been fully checked. After fitting the unit the first fault was the Bluetooth and WiFi didn’t work so CarPlay could only be used via usb. Next the sound was only working on the left side speakers. After many emails they finally sent a replacement cable which fixed the speaker problem but not the Bluetooth or WiFi. I have now returned the unit to them at my expense of £40 as the microphone stopped working 2 weeks later so could no longer use the hands free or Siri or google maps. My advice is to steer well clear of this company and there products.

This is the worst quality ever! It just connects and disconnects whenever, sometimes you can’t get it back on till you turn off the car. I’ve talked to support about it like 10 times but still nothing. Mentioned a refund 2 days after I got it but they changed the topic and didn’t even reply to it. I asked for it twice.

Don't use this company the lie to you.
I bought a screen for my X6 e71, they gave me the wrong one.
After righting the company more than 10 times they, agreed to take it back and send me a new one.
Now after one month, I can see on the tracking number, that the company got my screen. But the deny that the got the screen I sent them and they won't send me a new screen, and my money is lost.

I can recommend this product, as it works really good in my Audi SQ5, and it's affordable. Only thing that I had to buy also was an AMI cable, to put in the AUX output in the glove compartment, but this cable is quite inexpensive, and it doesn't need to be connected to anything. The seller is very responsive and good to deal with, plus fast shipping. Overall, a good experience

Bought my product here, a screen for my BMW f30 and i tried mounting it which i have done before. And the product simply doesent Work and the Company wont allow me to sent it back. Which is quite annoying.
