Ich will Karten für den Eiffelturm kaufen. Habe es schon einige Male versucht. Aber immer sind Sie ausverkauft. Ein mal habe ich Karten dann im Internet bekommen, bis ich zur Zahlung gekommen bin. Nach ein paar Minuten kam eine Email Zahlung nicht angenommen. Wie kann das sein? Deckung für die Zahlung war vorhanden. So ein Mist wenn ich schon schreiben muss.

This company sold a New Year’s Eve dinner cruise at a premium price after explicitly confirming in writing that passengers would be able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the boat. That was the entire reason I booked.

That promise was not delivered. There were no fireworks visible from the cruise, making the experience fundamentally different from what was advertised and sold.

I travelled from Australia specifically to spend New Year’s Eve in Paris and paid €707 (€658 for the cruise plus €49 for a window table) based on these assurances. Charging a New Year’s Eve premium for an experience that does not include its main advertised feature is, quite frankly, misleading.

When I complained, the company admitted the experience “did not meet what was promised” yet attempted to resolve the issue with a 20% refund, which is laughable given that the core service was not provided. This response shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers.

I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and reasonably, including offering to pay the standard price for the dinner only. Instead, I was met with delays and an inadequate offer, forcing me to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and my bank.

Do not be misled by the marketing. If you are booking a special occasion or paying a premium based on specific promises, be aware that those promises may not be honoured — and the company may refuse to take responsibility afterward.

I strongly advise avoiding Come to Paris, especially for New Year’s Eve or any “once-in-a-lifetime” experience.

Dès le départ vous ètes pris en charge par du personnel cordial qui vous rappelle et vous mène au bout de votre projet avec efficacité. bravo
Reste à souhaiter avoir un bel emplacement pour savourer le repas et le spectacle(7 personnes)

They con you to book an excursion or event with false information.

We booked an event for NYE which cost us £750 with the premise of a vegetarian meal. On arrival, no vegetarian meal was available and we had to pay another £700 to the venue for meals on their normal menu. The venue told us Come to Paris had used the menu from 2024 and the same menu wasn’t available in 2025.

Come to Paris have offered no refund, no apology and little communication. Overall, it has cost us £1500 for 5 salads. What should have been a celebration, turned out to be a nightmare.

Avoid at all costs.

Bonjour très belle ambiance on avait la plus pourrite place on avait une table qui bougé ou les bouteilles sont tombé là bouteille de vin a Sali ma robe de soirée et un verre cassé et de l'eau qui coulait sur notre table ça venait du plafond et pas beaucoup d'espace pour danser et pour le dideger bravo 👍 et pour les spectacle superbe 👍🙏 et pour les serveur superbe il faut les garder 💪👍🙏merci pour se beau moment bonne année à tous j'espère revenir avec une belle table et il pleut pas sur ma table j'avais l'impression d'être dans le bateau ⛵ titanic merci n'hésiter pas de m'envoyer d'autre croisière je vais faire de la publicité hinchala que dieu vous bénisse Bravo Salem alkoum bonne année 2026

Recién he comprado 2 actividades. Pero que estoy calificando es lo "amigable" de ambas compras y que son cancelables. Lo que me extrañó es que no tengo posibilidad de comprar entradas para la Torre Eiffel. Estoy comprando para abril del 2026. Pero me ga sido fácil navegar por su pagina. Sugeriria tuvieran una app

J'ai eu tous les tickets demandés en temps utile malgré un petit problème informatique, bien pris en compte par l'équipe.

super vue de la Seine, 1h est le timing parfait. Mais un accueil très "sec" au scan des billets..
