very bad company fake cheated not coming my order no responce jan2022 i online pay but not responce

I wish I read these reviews earlier, I would not have ordered from this web, the product received wash broken, and Booked in Dec 2021 received in Jan 2022, and till date no valid response, the only automated response I get is we will check and get back to you.

the package is prepaid - no wonder they play around with customers - and no customer care # to even communicate

i had ordered on 1st of feb with order ID - OID57500 which was sold by spike Tomtop, till now no response from the eassymall. when i chatted they just cut the line and left and when i messaged them no response from past 10 days.
i found no response even by mail. when i tried to mail they got bounced.
Is fake and let other beaware of it.

I got my order in good condition without a follow up. Rating 4/5 only because there is no tracking option and no customer care phone in the app although you do get status messages through sms.

Fake Website. Cheaters...
I had ordered a USB to DC converter. It arrived after a month but defective. I submitted immediately for return and refund on Sun, Dec 19, 2021. However, till date, I got a standard response that WE WILL CHECK WITH SELLER AND GETBACK. Finally today I get a response on my initial email with all the other responses truncated that I had requested for refund after 10 days and they cant process. Totally frustrating to see such a response after 20 followups.

Finally they have an excuse...You need to have product opening video. How on earth we would know that this guy is a cheater and we need evidence....Please Don't buy stuff from them and get cheated

Fraud people. They take at least a month to ship your order and when you receive it,bham! It's not the product you ordered, infact its some greasy liquid that's of no use to anyone. They are looting hard earned money of people. They should be cought and put behind bars. Ek baap ki aulad nahi ho sakte ye harami eassymall wale.

I placed my order with Eassymall.com on 21/11/2021 my order I'd : OID54085. It is more than ten days since the order and their online tracking shows no movement of my order. Inquired thrice through messages for status but received no response.
Is Eassymall a fraud, I am apprehensive. If they can not supply my order, they should refund my money immediately.

Order is OID53369, it’s already been 3 weeks n tracking shows it’s not even been shipped.

eassymall.com is an untrusted and bad thaught company, this company/sight taken cash online before delivered any items to customer, the customer paid money but never received items, this type of company needs to ban by the government also, all customer who is cheated by eassymall.com lodge a complaint online/ offline against this sight.

this is the reply i get on every mail i sent...this is the worst site i ever came across..placed order on 21oct 2021 and till now getting this auto generated reply..To new people dont fall for their tricks.i'll just wait for few days and i'll take action.
