BUYER BEWARE. Scam site. Ordered pot lid holder. Very low quality plastic junk showed up. Nothing like what was advertised. No return/refund policy. Out $30. Educational experience.

Very bad quality material . Item received not same as in the ads. Very cheap quality and they don’t accept returning items. Item cost is USD 30 and they compensate only USD 4
I request to return the item back and refund my money and they have refused. I told them clearly and showed in video that it is not safe to use plastic to hold and stand for hot pots covers.

I received my Kitchen Pot Lid Storage Rack and was very disappointed.
The advert says aluminium and steel, but the whole thing is plastic.

This is not what I paid for and is very cheap and unstable and want to return it for a refund, but they don’t respond to emails and apparently don’t have a refund policy!
Stay away from this company, it’s a big scam as the quality of goods is terrible!

On 23 of November 2025, I placed an order no. 1254M200291 with Enlightenp, for is (49% OFF)🎁Slingshot Dinosaur Finger Toys 5 packs (each pack 5 PCS. I paid the full purchase price of $29.95, along with an additional fee for shipping insurance $0.99 and expedited shipping $8.99 totaling $39.84. Payment was made via credit card.
Despite completing the payment successfully, I never received the products I ordered. The company failed to deliver the items and misleading tracking information was provided. I made multiple attempts to contact the company through email and as response they only propose a partial refund of my financial loss. Thus I believe this transaction constitutes a scam or fraudulent activity.

I ordered a Kitchen Pot Lid Storage Rack. On my mobile phone there were videos and information showing a metal Storage Rack with a removable tray. What we received was not anything compared to their pictures. We ended up with a flimsy plastic unit.
Furthermore, I waited 25 days for delivery. I am not happy and feel as if I have been duped.

Encomendei duas frigideiras que chegaram com o tamanho errado (metade do tamanho).
Depois de reclamar, disseram que me davam 8usd para compensar........
Deve ser anedota...

Worst Internet shopping experience we've ever had, They took xtra monies at time of purchase which paypal refunded then the items took 2 months to arrive we received false tracking information and automatic answers to anyenquiries. Both birthdays were over and we had to buy new gifts but when they final arrived from China one of the items was not what we ordered.
Disgraceful service Google ads purchases are a minefield

Ordered a solar security camera. Bill said $47.18. After three weeks got a basic WiFi camera that has to be plugged and and 5 feet from the router. Not solar. I complained they offered me a $4 refund. Went to PayPal they got me a $10 refund. Here’s this, the charge to PayPal was $61.33? So they screwed me twice. Buyer beware.

I ordered EUFY Solar Security Camera but received cheap non solar ones that is totally useless to me.I paid $64.93NZ
Tried to make contact but heard nothing back at this stage

Enlightenp.com is a festering scam run by professional liars and thieves.
They don’t sell products — they sell bullshit and broken promises.

I ordered a product based on the polished lies on their website. What arrived looked like it came straight from a trash heap — cheap, wrong, and absolutely nothing like what was advertised. When I called them out, their "customer support" (if you can even call it that) responded with canned lies and an insulting $4 offer like I’m some idiot they can buy off. After more pushing, they upped it to $7 — a joke so bad it would be funny if it weren’t my money they stole.

Make no mistake:

Their "warehouse verification" is a lie.

Their "customer service" is a lie.

Their "company" is a lie.

They exist to scam people, full stop.
This is not some misunderstanding — it’s a deliberate, organised operation to rip you off.

I am reporting these criminals everywhere:

Consumer protection agencies.

Fraud watchlists.

Bank and card fraud departments.

Public reviews on every platform possible.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not — I repeat, DO NOT — touch Enlightenp.com with a ten-foot pole.
Ordering from them is like setting your cash on fire and then getting spat on for asking questions.

Do not buy from them, even several of the "Good"reviews here and not real. Beware if it sounds too to good for be real, it is not real. Right now they are trying to sell a Car Diagnostic Scanner that is more expensive that they are all asking for

I would say my experience was below one star! I ordered an Eufy "solar" security camera and it took forever to receive them when I got it it was not solar. I contacted them and was told that I got the item that I had ordered which is not true because I ordered a solar one which on the order shows exactly what I was supposed to get with a solar panel on top of the camera the one I got has a plug where you need to plug it into an outlet and no solar panel. I went back and forth sent them pictures and they refused to do anything about it and said the only thing I could do is send it back and it would cost me more than what I paid for it. Also what I ordered was a Eufy and neither the box nor the camera has Eufy on it. so basically I got scammed out of $46 plus shipping and tax which ended up coming to like $54. I would say buyer beware!

Warning: This is a scam company and a fraudulent seller. I ordered online from their store, but my goods have not been delivered for almost a year. I have been in contact with their support, who deceive all their customers by claiming that the goods are on the way and providing fake delivery and tracking numbers that never arrive.

Additionally, they promised to refund my money, but that never happened. They completely scammed me, and I don’t know where to report them. I paid via PayPal.

It’s a scam, don’t buy anything…

I had to give them a 1 star only option that could come close to how bad they are they have my money and the product that i wanted then they want me to send them another 6.61 so they can send them again to the same address I gave them the first time I order product in september in october when I asked for a refund it was 3 weeks before hearing anything from them again all I can say to sum this review up is they suck

Ordered a solar camera(EUFY360)and they sent me a ycc365 plus witch is not solar...Contacted them and they said it is what I ordered. THEY WANT⁰ TO GIVE ME 10.00 BACK OF WHAT IT COST 105.00...Will check with PayPal to see if they will help. Would be careful when purchasing from then... looks like a scam...I see in another coment that they did the same thing...

Do not buy . The remote does not work and then I thought at least the light does . After a week it stopped working . They will not honour their warranty on website and replace or refund . They offered me $2usd. There security lights are on temu for $10 ea as well when I paid $60 . Worst company I’ve dealt with .

I ordered 2 EUFY Solar Security Cameras but received cheap YCC365 non solar ones that are useless to me.
Not happy with them not accepting their error but they did say I could keep the cameras (no thanks) and they'd refund me $12 for $143USD I paid.
Hopefully PayPal may help.
