Took too long getting to offer

Loyalty Remortgage process. Application and document request streamlined and good smooth transaction.

Top BDM Team, very helpful.

Far to many documents requested for case which was a straight forward capital raise remortgage on an unencumbered property bought cash just over 6 months ago. Also never had a case almost not acceptable due to lender expecting any mortgage applicants to have existing credit arrangements active or not acceptable for mortgage with Fleet.

From registration to completion the process was slick, the telephone team kept me up to date at all stages and were on hand to answer any questions. A lender who is a breeze to use!

I've had a great experience with Fleet for my clients. The process was really smooth and they were able to help where other's couldn't. They even extended the offer quickly due to some delays with the solicitors and management company. Special thanks to my BDM's Charlotte and Dave!

Fleet Mortgages have made some excellent improvements recently, making it much easier to do business with them. These include enhancements to their lending criteria and the removal of the restricted limited company conveyancer panel, which gives our clients a wider choice of solicitors.

They offer competitive products, and I have been submitting a significant amount of business to them recently.

Great lender with Amazing staffs , Always helpful and straight forward application process.

Despite satisfying all the lending criteria for BTL the valuation came back with resale issues so Fleet refused to give full offer. Fleet either need to change their lending criteria or use valuvation firms who understand the property market, they even got the floors wrong!! The information given on their valuvation report are factually incorrect! Their advisers have giving wrong information and we lost the valuvation fee. Initially they said they would refund the fee then they refused to refund it!

great communication and good system when applying

Fleet are really easy to use. Common sense underwriters and everyone there to help. Application easy to key too.

Case was offered- criteria is excellent, however they did request a lot of documents, perhaps more than other lenders would which sowed the case down a little.
