I work in a GP surgery as an admin and had a great service. I gave their line a call and was serviced quite quickly, efficiently. There were only 1 people in the que and waiting time was very short.

Tom was so helpful, kind and patient. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the Customer service team.

IGPR is honestly very vital for a GP admin team.
It free's up alot of time and is very easy to navigate.
My work would be much harder without it!

Tom has rec my case and has been a huge help ! he explained everything as we went through it and sorted my software out and got it working again ! amazing team and very helpful !

I have always found the customer service fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.
Particularly in the early days when I started in this role, I was never made to feel like I was a nuisance which is important if you need to call.
The team always manage to resolve the hardest of issues, I have never come off the phone without my issue being sorted. I wish every customer service team were as pleasant and efficient.

IGPR is making life much easier for me

Had an issue with attachments not pulling through in iGPR - sent a request through and they contacted to resolve the issue which was sorted in minutes. Thank you Thomas great service

iGPR is very good to help with insurance reports. The software has improved massively in speed and downloads documents etc. very quickly and redacts very quickly now. I can have a report done in about 5/10 minutes now.

IGPR is extremely helpful to both practices I work at and any time I've needed help they have been able to resolve any issues and get us back up and running. great customer service and great system. The customer service and techs are really helpful, talk you through what's happening step by step and how to resolve it.

really enjoy working with the IGPR software. And if ever I need any help or guidance, they are always extremely helpful and answer my calls very quickly. would defo recommend.

After an absence from work for 8 weeks due to sickness, my IGPR info had disappeared from my desktop.
I call IGPR and this resolved very quickly by a helpful gentleman called Ben. Very polite and excellent customer service

We have been using iGPR for some time now, and has been great for insurance reports and SARs, saves a massive amount of time. It is very easy to use, but I had a rare query and spoke to Tom today who was great and really helpful who showed me another way to do something. Would thoroughly recommend iGPR

I spoke to Tom who was very helpful. We were on the phone for a long time whilst he looked into the issue and was very clam and patient. He has also given me details to follow up with him should I need to.

IGPR has helped greatly with our workload. any issues we have had (which have been few) have been dealt with
extremely quickly.

I can recommend using this service
