Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you are satisfied with the product itself, but we are truly sorry that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations.

We work with external carriers to deliver our products, and unfortunately, the delivery dates are sometimes assigned automatically by them without the possibility to reschedule beforehand. We understand that this can be inconvenient, and we are actively looking into ways to make the process more flexible and customer-friendly.

Regarding the delivery location, we are sorry that the driver did not bring the packages directly to your door despite there being space available. This is not the service level we aim for, and we will pass your feedback on to the carrier to help prevent this in the future.

We truly appreciate your input, as it helps us improve both our service and communication. Should you order from us again, please feel free to reach out to our customer service in advance – we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

vielen Dank für dein Feedback – und entschuldige. Es klingt, als hätten wir dir nicht die Erfahrung geboten, die du zu Recht erwarten darfst.

Wir bemühen uns stets, sowohl eine Bestellbestätigung als auch ein voraussichtliches Lieferdatum rechtzeitig mitzuteilen – und es tut uns leid, dass das in deinem Fall nicht passiert ist. Natürlich sollte der Spediteur nicht unangekündigt vor der Tür stehen.

Wir nehmen deine Rückmeldung ernst und haben bereits Kontakt zu unserem Logistikpartner aufgenommen, um sicherzustellen, dass so etwas nicht noch einmal vorkommt – weder bei dir noch bei anderen.

Wir hoffen, dass du Freude an deinem Möbelstück hast, sobald es steht. Und wenn du Fragen hast, Hilfe brauchst oder weiteres Feedback geben möchtest, stehen wir dir jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.

We’re glad you like the look – and that comfort delivered.

When it comes to the material: we work with solid pine because it’s strong, natural and part of our design DNA. But it’s also a living material – and that sometimes shows. Every knot, grain and little imperfection is part of the story.

That said, your comment about the finish is noted. We’ll share it with our product team – and keep sharpening where we can.

Vielen Dank für Ihre schöne und ausführliche Bewertung.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie sich für unser Futonsofa entschieden haben – und dass sowohl Lieferung als auch Aufbau gut funktioniert haben. Es bedeutet uns viel zu hören, dass unser Produkt seinen Platz in Ihrem Zuhause gefunden hat und sich ganz selbstverständlich eingefügt hat.

Besonders schön ist zu lesen, wie einfach Sie das Sofa bei Bedarf in ein Bett verwandeln können – genau dafür wurde es entworfen. Und natürlich ist es ganz in Ordnung, mit einer zusätzlichen Matratze oder einem Kissen noch mehr Komfort zu schaffen. Jeder wohnt und lebt anders – unser Ziel ist es, dafür die passenden Möbel zu gestalten.

Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Empfehlung. Wir wünschen Ihnen viele gemütliche Stunden mit Ihrem neuen Möbelstück.

Thank you for your message – and for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that your new bed didn’t meet your expectations and that you felt unsupported in your communication with our customer service. That’s not how we want anyone to feel.

At Karup Design, we don’t sell spare parts directly to end customers – instead, our retail partners have the option to order them through us. That’s why we referred you back to the retailer or webshop where you purchased the bed, as they’re the ones who can assist with pricing and availability of specific parts.

We understand it might feel frustrating – especially when you’re just trying to purchase a single leg. Your feedback is valid, and we’ve already shared it internally so we can improve how we communicate in situations like this going forward.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience – nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre les difficultés que vous avez rencontrées concernant la livraison de votre lit Karup commandé via Veepee.

Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration face à une livraison échouée malgré plusieurs tentatives, apparemment en raison d’informations incorrectes et d’un manque de communication de la part du transporteur.

Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que la livraison finale au client n’est pas gérée directement par Karup Design, mais par Veepee et leurs partenaires logistiques. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas la possibilité de modifier les informations ou de superviser le processus de livraison, et nous vous recommandons donc de contacter à nouveau le service client de Veepee afin de mettre à jour vos coordonnées et clarifier la suite de la livraison.

Étant donné que la livraison ne dépend pas directement de nous, nous sommes naturellement déçus que cela ait conduit à une évaluation d’une étoile sur notre page Trustpilot – néanmoins, nous comprenons votre mécontentement et avons transmis votre retour à Veepee afin qu’ils puissent en discuter avec leur transporteur.

Nous espérons que votre situation sera rapidement résolue et que vous pourrez bientôt profiter pleinement de votre nouveau lit Karup. Si vous avez d’autres questions concernant le produit, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter directement.

First of all: Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share both praise and concerns. We’re really happy to hear that the delivery went smoothly and that you had a great experience with our customer service – that truly means a lot to us.

That said, we’re of course sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your Japan bed. Our furniture is designed with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and durability – but we also know that assembly can be a challenge, especially when doing it solo or just the two of you. We’re always working to make our assembly guides even easier to follow and are happy to share extra tips if needed.

As for your concern: We promise you, the Japan bed is sturdier than it may seem at first. But if anything feels loose or needs a second look, just reach out to us – we’re here to help and make sure your bed feels rock solid and ready for both everyday life and date night.

vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, eine Bewertung zu schreiben.

Es tut uns wirklich leid zu hören, dass deine Lieferung nicht wie geplant verlaufen ist. Wir verstehen gut, dass eine so kurzfristige Benachrichtigung frustrierend sein kann – besonders wenn die Kommunikation mit dem Fahrer schwierig ist. Dein Feedback nehmen wir sehr ernst und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, den Informationsfluss rund um unsere Lieferungen zu verbessern.

Auch deine Rückmeldung zur Produktqualität nehmen wir uns zu Herzen. Es ist schade zu hören, dass einige der Holzteile nicht ganz gerade waren und den Aufbau erschwert haben. Unsere Möbel bestehen aus massivem Kiefernholz – ein natürliches Material mit Charakter, das sich manchmal etwas eigensinnig verhält. Das entschuldigt natürlich nicht deine Erfahrung, und wir würden gerne gemeinsam mit dir eine gute Lösung finden.

You picked our JAPAN bedframe. A design we love for its minimal looks and straightforward functionality. But your experience? Not how it’s supposed to feel. And definitely not what we aim for.

You’re right—the slats are held together by a textile strip. It’s a choice we’ve made to keep the construction light and flexible and not something that we normally hear any complaints about.

We’d really like to understand more and make things right. So, here’s what we recommend:
Reach out to our customer care team directly. They’ll take a closer look with you and help figure out the best next step—whether it’s a replacement part or another solution. If you have purchased the bed from one of our partners, please reach out to them.

This way, we can turn a rocky start into a better experience.

Senza ist eines unserer bekanntesten Designs, das einfach, robust und langlebig sein soll. Es sollte sich nicht instabil oder laut anfühlen, daher verstehen wir Ihre Frustration vollkommen.
