Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre votre expérience avec notre futon. Il est vrai que le matelas n'aime pas trop l'eau, car la housse ne peut pas être retirée et remplacée. Nous comprenons que cela puisse être frustrant et nous voulons vous aider du mieux que nous pouvons.

Malheureusement, il se peut que nous ne livrions pas directement dans votre pays, c'est pourquoi nous vous avons orienté vers un revendeur local. Nous avons des partenaires dans les pays où nous ne sommes pas présents, et ils peuvent vous aider à commander un nouveau matelas.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour ce désagrément et espérons que vous nous donnerez une chance de rectifier la situation.

Tack för din recension och för att du delar din upplevelse med oss. Vi är ledsna att höra att du har haft problem med din Karup Design "Japan Bed". Det låter tyvärr som om sängen inte har monterats korrekt. "Japan" är en av våra mest sålda sängar, och vi har inte tidigare fått liknande klagomål.

Sängen kan monteras med den medföljande insexnyckeln, men det är också nödvändigt att använda en hammare under monteringen. Vi beklagar att denna information inte var tillräckligt tydlig i instruktionerna.

Vi är också ledsna att höra att du har sålt vidare sängen, eftersom vi gärna hade undersökt den närmare för eventuella produktionsfel eller andra problem. Vi hoppas att vi kan få möjlighet att hjälpa dig bättre i framtiden.
