I needed help with spare parts. Lajla in customer support was awesome. She quickly found a solution to deliver parts to my country through a local company. Now I believe that the parcel will arrive on time.

Würde 3,5 sterne geben. Der Service ist leider nur auf Englisch verfügbar aber dafür relativ schnell und engagiert dabei. Was garnicht ging war der Versanddienstleister der ohne eine Klingel zu läuten gefahren ist weil man ja nicht ans Handy gegangen sei. Während eines Umzugs hört man sowas nicht. Das Bett kam eine Woche später aber der Versand war diesmal Erfolgreich und dieKommunikation besser. Das Bett ist Einwandfrei und hat sich super gut aufbauen lassen. Kein knartschen oder sonst was. Wir haben es jetzt einen Monat

I'm giving it a one-star rating solely for its design. It is baffling to me why anyone would choose to invest in a futon/bed sofa that is not water-resistant. I would note that on their website there is no note of this in the product specifications, only that you should clean it with a damp cloth to avoid stains. The lack of tolerance for liquids becomes a major issue, especially when accidents occur, such as with guests or children. My experience with a liquid mishap on the sofa (I specifically purchased the Hippo Futon Sofa for accommodating guests) has been disappointing. Despite the sofa's appealing design and size, it's now completely ruined due to the accident.

My attempt to seek assistance from customer service was futile, as they proved unhelpful in addressing the aftermath of the liquid incident. The sofa lacks the ability to remove any stains or liquid marks, rendering it unsightly. I even suggested the possibility of recovering the fabric with waterproof or stain-resistant material, but my request was denied. In my opinion, it's not worth the investment, and I suspect the use of untreated fabrics indicates a cost-cutting approach in their manufacturing process.

I didn't manage to receive the goods I purchased because of a bad experience with Tanya (team lead of customer service), who blamed me for misunderstanding the information she herself provided before placing an order.

Wir haben uns dort ein Futonbett gekauft. Innehalb des ersten Jahres ist es schon das zweite Mal kaputt. Der ursprüngliche Versand hat 10 Monate gedauert und der Garantiefall dauerte auch seine Zeit. Während das erste Ersatzteil unterwegs war ist der Futon verschimmelt, obwohl dieser täglich aufgerollt, gedreht und vor die Heizung gestellt wurde. Dies viel nicht unter die Garantie.
Nun einige Monate später ist nach dem Ursprünglichen Rahmenbruch auch die Querverstrebung gebrochen.
Ich bin echt genervt davon. Das Bett quietscht und knartzt mit jeder Bewegung darauf. Echt unglaublich. Schön sieht es aber aus. Es geht um das Bett Pace.

Har købt 2 x pace daybeds.
De ser pæne ud, men de knirker helt vildt (selvom de er skruet helt stramt sammen) og det værste er nok, at man kan mærke selve stellet, når man man sidder eller ligger på dem. Futonmadrassen er alt for tynd, så det gør ondt at ligge på. Har ellers sovet på futonmadras hele mit liv, men lige disse kan jeg simpelthen ikke ligge på...
