I would give them a negative if I could. They set me up with an amazing person for several months and her marketing strategy was working really well, until they switch me with this guy that I feel didn't have any good experience and his defense was he used to market with big companies like Amazon. I questioned, why is with this company. That would be a red flag. Basically they did a bait and switch and when ever I call them to help with my website, I get no call backs.

They also get you locked in with their site and it's hard to update which you have to contact them and you're lucky if they call you back.

Go anywhere else. Beware of them. They are also called another company. So that is also shady, but it was too late when I found that out.

From the initial consultations with Adriann and Kresta, to the onboarding with Faith and Brandon everything has been phenomenal! They are all very communicative, explain things in detail, answer any questions and make you feel very comfortable. We received things back quicker than expected and are excited for what is to come. We have only been using them for about a month so far so can’t speak to results as of yet but so far it’s been way better than expected!

I was hesitant to use this company just because I know there are so many scammers out there. One day I decided to google marketing near me. They are no where near me, but ended up popping #1 on page, so I figure "hey, they must know what they're doing", so I gave it a shot. They were with me all the way through from setting up my account to now - keeping up with me going over analytics, making sure everything is working properly, etc. Trevor, Faith, and their teams have been phenominal! Really appreciate what these guys have been able to do. Hoping to continue to grow my business with these guys. Thanks, team!

Outstanding work

DO Not Use This Company. We had absolutely $0 ROI after spending thousands with this company. They promised they understood our company and would assign us to one of their consultants that already worked with other companies like ours in other states, that did not happen. Was placed with someone that didn't even understand how to classify our company correctly online, used inappropriate pictures, AI, that did not properly represent our company instead of the pictures and videos we provided of real work being done. We did not receive what was promised at all. It had greatly harmed our company.

My new website by Marketing 360 is great. It's clean, concise, updated from my old design and checks all the boxes of what a website for my boutique fitness center should be. I am not tech savvy but the (patient) staff walked my through everything! I would recommend them highly!

We engaged this company to manage a Google Ads campaign over a six-month period, with a monthly spend of $1,600.
Despite the duration of the campaign and the financial investment, we did not receive any credible or qualified leads that translated into real business opportunities. Communication was consistent, but the performance and ROI simply were not there.
Based on our experience, I would recommend that prospective clients ask very specific questions about lead qualification, targeting strategy, and expected outcomes before committing. Our campaign did not deliver measurable value, and we ultimately decided to discontinue the service.

Marketing360 has been a valuable platform for growing our brand and improving our website presence. Our manager Paul and the platform have made a meaningful impact on our overall marketing efforts. Paul is incredibly attentive and thoughtful in his approach. He consistently looks for ways to optimize how we use our resources, which is especially valuable given the seasonal nature of our business. He communicates clearly and takes the time to ensure we fully understand his recommendations. Beyond that, he has a strong grasp of our brand and is always quick to step in and support us whenever issues arise. His dedication and proactive mindset make him a trusted and reliable partner, and we truly enjoy working with him.

Tommy Nagel does a great job communicating how performance of our campaigns are doing and is always looking for ways to improve.

I used Marketing 360 for three seperate companies. The first company I signed up in September of 2025, things started off good I got a good website advertising seemeded to be good then I decided to add them to a 2nd company and then a third and things quickly went downhill. The third company we were doing contract of just over $9000 a month. It took them two months to deliver a website so that was $18,000 into advertising payments before we even had a website ready. All in all they never delivered anything even close to what they promissed we went 4 months on that contract and then elected to pay the early termination penalty just to stop bleeding money, that 4 months produced not one phone call, not one email, not one lead. Now we know it wasnt the project becuase we were turning record sales on that project ourselves. The second company is where things really went off the rails. We paid Marketing 360 nearly $3000 to build us a website it took over a month to get something that looked like a child created in fact it was so bad that our credit card company refused to authorize card processing for the site. We put our card processor and Marketing 360 into an email chain and the credit card company couldnt get anywhere with them. So two out of three companies 1000s of dollars spent and not one single thing to show for it. They hold bi-weekly meetings to review your marketing plan but these are less of a marketing review and more of a upsale meeting where they beat you up to send them more money and no matter how much you authorize they willl tell you at the next meeting they need more. We cancelled our services with them and yet they still try and run our cards and take even more money. They offered to refund me the $3000 I spent on the junk website but they wont give it back to me in cash like I paid them, I can only have it back in ad credits and can only use the ad credits if I have an active ad account running with them so they want me to pay them $5000 to get another month of their pathetic adverting so I can get the $3000 refund in additional ad spend. This place is a total scam they take your cash constantly beat you up for more and more money and only return a subpar product that has little very little affect to your bottom line. Stay away stay far away from these con-artist.
