Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand how frustrating delivery delays can be.

We’d like to reassure you that your order was dispatched within our stated timeframe. Unfortunately, once a parcel has left our warehouse and is with Royal Mail, any delays in transit are outside of our direct control. That said, we can only apologise on their behalf for the delay you’ve experienced.

Please rest assured that we are tracking the item closely and have raised this with the courier to understand the cause of the delay and help move things along as quickly as possible.

If you need any further updates or support in the meantime, our customer service team will be more than happy to assist.

Hi There,

We're sorry to hear about how you feel regarding your experience with us.

To clarify, Mobile Reborn is a UK-based refurbished technology business. All devices are refurbished using certified and approved parts, and every device is thoroughly tested by our technicians prior to dispatch to ensure full functionality in line with the model specifications.

We strongly refute any suggestion that we intentionally mislead customers or “pretend” components are original. Where screens or components are replaced during refurbishment, this is carried out in line with industry standards, and devices are tested to confirm features operate as expected at the time of dispatch. If a fault develops or a feature does not perform as intended, this is exactly what our warranty and returns process is designed to address.

We can see that multiple reviews have been left across different platforms, however no order number or identifying purchase information has been provided in any of them. Unfortunately, this is preventing us from locating your order on our system and properly investigating the concerns raised.

Please contact our customer service team directly at support@mobilereborn.co.uk with your order number or proof of purchase so we can investigate this thoroughly and respond appropriately.

We are always happy to engage transparently, assist with genuine concerns, and resolve issues fairly where possible.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy when the iPhone 12 initially arrived. All of our devices are thoroughly tested and quality-checked before dispatch, and faults on arrival are very rare.
