I would highly recommend trip to Cairo to visit pyramids & museum. I travelled alone, so I was a little apprehensive,, but I was well looked after by all reps involved. A long day, but experienced a cruise down the Nile, seeing pyramids with option to enter one if desired. Seeing the Sphinx (smaller than expected) Cairo museum was amazing, then authentic Egyptian restaurants. Long day I was picked up at 7.30am and arrived by at hotel midnight

Avoid this company at all cost. The driver Mr TAHA and the person that accompanied him during our pick up from the hotel to the airport was very unprofessional. My check in luggage got left outside of the hotel due to the lack of awareness and accountability from both the driver and the company. I was going to put the luggage in the car but they insisted to put it in the back themselves instead and that i make myself comfortable inside the car. 20 minutes later, the hotel informed us that one of the luggages have been left outside the hotel unattended. At this point both the driver mr taha and his company person at the time starts manipulating me and puts the responsibility on me insisting that i forgot to take my luggage. They continued insisting i have left the luggage and the other person on the front seat beside the driver still kept on making jokes about how i forgot my luggage and refused to apologise until my friend has expressed concerns. The lack of accountability and making it look like its my fault has stressed me out so much considering this happened on our way to our flight back home. My concern is that i didn’t forget my luggage and that i did try to put it on the back of the car myself but they have insisted to do it and i trusted that. I also believe that the driver is very unprofessional as He kept insisting and forcing my friend to give confidential information to him (her whatsapp number). The next time that mr taha saw my friend he was still forcing her to reply to his texts. As we also got in the car this has been the first conversation he had and repeatedly asking non-stop. As 2 young girls we felt very vulnerable, uncomfortable and intimidated and this didn’t leave a good impression of Egypt as first time travellers. There should be guidelines on confidentiality and level of professionalism that this company should check. And as a person i feel that both the driver and the other company person has no sort of respect and boundaries for the client. Honestly I am just thankful that the hotel i have stayed at has much more awareness and that they were vigilant enough to observe that my luggage was left outside the hotel and they have kept it until i came to pick up my luggage and calm me down. I believe that the situation could’ve been worse if the hotel didn’t notice this so thank you regina resorts and aqua park for saving me in this situation.

We went on a trip to the waterfalls in Manavgat, a mosque and a boat trip. Guide was excellent and the food on the boat was, I have to say, brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Me and my girlfriend experienced a lovely day on the selena 2 boat trip with Mustafa.
The boat had numerous seating areas, we enjoyed sunbathing on the top deck.
It included 2 different diving spots with snorkelling and scuba diving on the coral reefs. We were also given an amazing food choice whilst on the boat, it was very delicious. We also saw some dolphins! 🐬
To finish the day off we took a trip to Eden Island which was much better than expected and spent an hour and a half there.
Super friendly helpful staff who were very accommodating. 😊 Would definitely recommend!

At arrival we did not know when to meet with are guide. Thuis was because we booked at private car for transfer with our reservation. He left us a note at the door so we could meet up with him today. Thatcher was kind. And he spook perfect dutch.

Terrible customer service!!! my name is Carina, ive been told by an agent that closer to my trip i can change my transfer, today i spoke to a rude and unprofessional agent who said she/he cant change it!!! i dont recommend this company!!! poor customer service!!

Via vakantiediscounter een vakantie geboekt naar Hurghada, Egypte. In Egypte werd alles geregeld door MTS.
Transfers van en naar de luchthaven, inchecken in ons hotel, excursies... alles keurig geregeld.
In het hotel was Fahim onze Nederlandstalige contactpersoon.
Hij regelde prachtige excursies en was bij vragen heel goed bereikbaar via de app. Dik tevreden!

The People was very friendly and helpful. The Places was great. The Bus driver was a fast driver😅 The Lunch was very good and much. It was a great day. Thanks to everyone.

Trip in Goza was very nice ,but our tour guide not informative enough about the trip left us alone at the port for 1.5 hrs waiting for the boat and never told us the name of the boat. All 5 women seniors were very upset. Resident Miss Karolina M not professional at all.
But our jeep tour guide Miss . Magdalena was wonderful and did everything to make us comfortable after morning boat trip. She was very professional and friendly.
Excrusion on May 11,2026. 85 euro

We had very nice excursion from Hurgada to Kairo, Pyramids etc! Everything was in time, nice service and special thanks to Montaser, who was our travel guide - he has really deep knowledge and he is very professional! Also thanks to other guys for the great day!

Mustafa collected us at the time stated and the whole experience was just amazing - from the pick up to the boat cruise, snorkelling, island everything was amazing- the whole crew members made us comfortable and explained everything to make it enjoyable - would recommend and would return for sure
