Absolute abzocke am Flughafen Hurghada.
MTS Globe war leider unser Ansprechpartner vom Reiseveranstalter. Normalerweise kostet das Visum 30$ pro Person. Wir wurden direkt vom Reiseveranstalter abgefangen und er haute sofort die Stempel in die Pässe. Danach mussten wir dann für 3 Personen 102$ bezahlen. Das wäre der „neue“ Preis. Absolut unverschämt.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with MTS Globe. My mum and I travelled to Lisbon on 16th April and had pre-booked airport transfers through Love Holidays.

After our plane landed, we were stuck in passport control for about an hour and a half (as expected these days with the new biometric scanners.)

Turns out, MTS Globe has a fascinating policy: your driver waits 30 minutes from when your plane lands.

Thirty. Minutes. I’m genuinely curious, are passengers expected to parachute directly from the plane, grab their luggage mid-air and sprint through passport control like they’re on Gladiators?

What followed was a masterclass in customer service; if the goal is to provide absolutely none. We had zero communication beforehand, no updates, nothing.

Then, a bald gentleman who also worked for the company overheard our predicament and stepped in to offer a solution… can you guess what it was?

“Get an Uber.” Revolutionary. Groundbreaking. Truly inspiring stuff for a company whose entire purpose is… arranging transport.

We even spoke to a staff member (red blazer, white shirt, very on-brand for the red flags) who admitted they’re fully aware of these delays… and yet still don’t accommodate them. It’s almost impressive how committed they are to ignoring reality.

And just when we thought the experience had peaked, the return transfer decided to keep things interesting. Our taxi back to the airport was delayed, and once again, we had zero communication. We had to chase them ourselves because, at this point, we half expected them to cancel for fun.

If you are considering using this company for airport transfers, especially when arriving in a country where delays are common, I would strongly advise against it.

Save your money and your time, because they certainly won’t hesitate to waste yours.

We are still waiting for a refund, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, a very poor experience and not a company I would trust again.

We were welcomed by Fahim, a nice tour guide who explained everything clearly. We booked an excursion, partly thanks to Fahim's explanation.

Booked a holiday through love holidays & booked a trip through one of their reps in the hotel ( sun city) we weren’t happy with the Antalya trip & got pressured for more money during a boat trip,for starters the whole trip was a complete rip off,we were dropped off at a clothes shop in Antalya & given a map & told to be back there in just under 2 hours,to go to the harbour for the boat trip,we were told by ozi the guide that his company had not received the full payment & we had to pay extra for the boat trip, I contacted both reps, the young girl (yammuz)who booked it for us & the original rep we met the day after we arrived in turkey, the girl was uncontactable, wasn’t answering her phone & the guy didn’t want to know, he was just miffed that I didn’t use him to book the trip & probably lost his commission,love holiday told me to contact mts globe, which I did through live chat,in the end a guy was supposed to chat with us, but we were informed that he wasn’t available & to leave details & he would be in touch, nobody attempted to contact us, this is not acceptable

Each person we came in contact with from MTS was kind and tried their best to help us.
We felt welcomed even when our citytour was in german and we don't speak that much german. They translated it for us.

Badr nous a très bien accompagné pendant tout le séjour. Il a fait toutes nos réservations d'excursions et était très disponible. Encore merci à lui !

Egypt, Hugharda is a interesting place to see. For tourists, it can be overwhelming to navigate around. It's difficult to understand basic historical information without a guide. MTS covers almost everything for you. The trip, booking and management of everything falls on them. They also have insurance, so nothing can happen to you.

The MTD-Crew so far takes pride on being kind and respectful to everyone. Crack jokes, and give insight on Egyptian culture.

Die Reise war wunderschön. Das Personal hat sich um alles wunderbar gekümmert.
Auf der 6-Stunden Tour gab es neben zwei Korallenriffen und einer Insel auch ein schmackhaftes Mittagessen an Bord. Die Insel Eden Island ist sehr schön gelegen, jedoch sehr teuere Touristenattraktion. Das Personal hier war sehr aufdringlich bezüglich der Getränkebestellungen. Das Personal des Bootes mit allen Beschäftigten und Mustafa hingegen sehr sympathisch, kommunikativ und spaßig und hat entschieden zu diesem wunderbaren Tag beigetragen. Vielen Dank an Mustafa und die anderen Männer

Kind and very nice Guide. He tried his best but the english was hard sometimes.

Such an amazing experience! The crew and our main guide were great. We saw so many beautiful thing from coral reefs to and amazing beach and even some dolphins.
P.s. 10/10 would repeat

Nous avions réservé une navette depuis notre hôtel jusqu'à l'aéroport de Palma de Majorque. Nous étions présents à l'heure prévue, avec un bébé. Le bus est visiblement parti sans nous à 1 minute près. C'est inadmissible, d'autant plus que la compagnie refuse de nous rembourser. Le voyage à l'aller s'était pourtant bien passé.

Fantastische trip gehad. En de bus reis was goed te doen. Vriendelijk personeel en willen je overal mee helpen. Helemaal super. 👍🏻
