Great HR software. Easy to use for the employees and great support to the HR function of a business. Most reasonably priced software I can currently find and the support you get is amazing. The reporting function is a great help and creates straight forward and easy to understand reports in seconds. Really friendly team nothing is ever too much for them. I would highly recommend it to any SME.

Best value for money product out there - easy to use and manage. Top quality customer care too. Personally, I also really appreciated the webinars they have held throughout lockdown / furlough. Very informative and insightful.

V pleased with the support offered by Chris W and the webinars have been extremely useful with everything going on this year. Initial setup has been pain free and we recently went live with no problems. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and we are looking forward to developing our use of the system even further as we go through the year.

Really clean and efficient system. I was given a full month to test the system and begin my uploading process before going live. Amazing service team. Simon Ross was quick to answer any questions and continues to be invaluable in helping me learn the system.

MyHRToolkit is absolutely perfect for our business, we love it! The holiday function is fantastic, especially as you can visit the site on your mobile and submit time off from home. Website is perfectly easy to use - great for uploading documentation and recording sickness. Would absolutely recommend!

We have been using this toolkit for a couple of years now and it is very user friendly and has reduced admin time significantly. There support is also very quick and responding to queries and I would happily recommend this piece of software.

This toolkit was recommended and I too can highly recommend. the support is excellent and there is never a delay in responding to queries.
Initial set up is well co-ordinated and again support is excellent. We use all aspects of the toolkit and find the sickness absence monitoring excellent. Reports are available for download. The system can be tailored to your own company requirements allowing access rights to be sorted accordingly. The cost is relative and it really is value for money on all levels.

I can highly recommend MyHRToolkit, the service that I have received during the set up stage as been fantastic!
Everyone is always more than happy to help, and I can't thank the support team enough, I always have a fast response, which is clearly detailed so easily understood.
It is a user friendly system and i am looking forward to implementing to our team.

Brilliant bit of software. Affordable yet it offers numerous great systems in one very usable package. We are saving time on annual leave processes and the comms tool has been great for staff morale as we have better communication between management and staff. Really pleased we found myhrtoolkit and Simon and the team behind it are also great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great product at a not expensive price. We use this mainly for holiday and other absences and find it does everything we need it to do and everyone finds it easy to use. Customer Service always answers any queries quickly.

Myhr is an excellent tool for managers and staff alike. It is user friendly and very flexible. Holiday and TOIL requests are done online by staff and authorised by managers. The telephone support you get from myhr is excellent. The reports available are great for senior managers and the download option for salary review, holidays or any other information is very useful. Would highly recommend it for small businesses.

We are a small business (currently 25 staff) in the UK which is part of a large European Group. We have been very happy with MyHRToolkit and the level of support that it comes with right from the start. Staff are always very friendly and queries are always resolved quickly and easily.
I would have no issues recommending HRToolkit.

We have been using MyHRToolkit for over a year now and have seen many benefits to using it.
Highly recommend.

I'm an admin to the system and also run a lot of in house training on new starters for the use of HR Toolkit. The system is really good for what we need to do but there are some clunks when amending persons rate of pay, holiday entitlements etc. If you change something in one section it doesn't directly link through to another sometimes and then you have to go back and fourth to ensure things are being updated correctly. Additionally as an admin you're still limited to retrospectively amend information for the previous financial year which is problematic on occasions if you need to amend a record or have spotted something that was previously incorrect.

We are a small team so this product has been really useful to keep track of all things HR.

To find the information I want as the business owner I find the hr toolkit experience pretty poor.

It's badly in need of an update and it seems the good design & time goes into the marketing rather than the product.

It makes the management of HR so much easier and efficient, with all the 'tools' necessary in one place.

I get answers that I need and their customer support responds within 24 hours - even 12 hours tops! I would highly recommend it! Two Thumbs up!
