I have been taking Numind support for 6 months and they really do make such a difference to my mental wellbeing, energy levels, and anxiety! My anxiety has dropped dramatically since taking these. I haven't had a panic attack since taking them. Absolutely incredible.

I’ve been taking NuMind vitamins now for several months. Before I started taking them I was suffering badly with anxiety and from that “sense of doom” feeling it can bring. I didn’t want to go out and would avoid social situations as much as I could as I was feeling so bad. I was often very weepy and generally out of sorts with myself. I don’t like taking prescription tablets from the doctors when I can help it so I found these on the internet through a google search and thought I would give them a try. I have found them to be amazing. I’m definitely not “cured” of my anxiety and probably never will be but I can now face the world again and I feel much emotionally stronger then I did. They may be more expensive then general vitamins but they are worth their weight in gold for me. I am feeling much, much better than I did and healthier too. I think they are a great investment for my mental health and I am a monthly subscriber and will continue to be. Thank you NuMind for helping me to get my life back again.

I found NuMind through a recommendation of a friend when I was going through a very difficult time. It has helped enormously with my stress levels and sleeping which usually is hard with stress. I found the team supportive and answered all my questions promptly and will continue to use these now to support my well being.

I adore this supplement. It feels so nourishing to take such a concoction every morning. I feel like it is an act of great self care. I love that a sophisticated probiotic is part of it. I feel more optimistic more often, calmer and clearer. The customer service is exceptional. Totally love these, needed to try something for my anxiety and stress, I didn’t realise how much they helped until I ran out 5 days later I felt dreadful and was glad when next order arrived, won’t be without now they also help with menopause symptoms been on them now over 12 months and part of my daily routine also get great information and tips to help

I love the Nu Mind products. Initially I used the product to help with my own sleep and anxiety. I found it really effective. I have introduced the product to both of my adult children who are in their 20s. They both now use Nu Mind and value it as part of their daily self care.

Thank you very much for you support with these tablets they helped a lot as I suffer from mental illness and was on medication for a long time and it never helped ever nice I started taking this medication it helps a lot with my anxiety stress mental illness and laziness I’m so glad that you made this product I will be using it for life for sure and I hope other people with these symptoms also try it as it is the only this that will help much appreciated. :)

I've tried both the Stress Support Formula and the Menopause Support. I've found both REALLY beneficial in different ways. For me the Stress Support Formula was so helpful with my sleeping - I felt much calmer and had really good sleep. With the Menopause Support I found the weight around my middle reduced and people told me that my skin looked really good!

For the time-being I'm going to swap between the two.

The packaging and information is excellent so is the customer support. I would highly recommend.

I have been taking Nu mind supplements for 3 months and I feel like a “Nu” person. The combination of supplements is clearly well researched as their effects whilst gradual they are cumulative and I am now in a place that I have not been for quite some time. I’ve been using this product for just over a month and am really happy with the results. I definitely feel calmer and seem to be sleeping better which is great. It’s also so nice to have everything I need in one pouch rather than having to shop around with different brands - it just makes life so much easier. I’ve messaged the brand a few times on social media with some questions and not only have they responded super quickly but they’ve also been really helpful and informative. I've really noticed a difference.

I started taking them few months ago, really efficient and good price point. Delivery for the subscription is always on time. Customer service is amazing also

I have been using Nu Mind for 6 months now and can honestly say these tablets are a blessing. Gone are all of the bottles cluttering up my work surface -and replaced with one lovely little pouch of tablets a day which do wonders for calming the mind and making you feel great. Would highly recommend if you struggle from anxiety and also if you are a women going through the menopause.

After suffering from stress at work I stumbled across Numind as part of a multi system approach to manage my anxiety after desperately searching for a solution. I have really felt the benefit from starting their supplements and am a lot more positive, am sleeping better and much more engaged in social settings!

Been taking the supplements for almost a year and the very quickly become part of my daily routine. My anxiety and depression has never felt more distant than when I take the supplements. I have tested that I truly needed them by cutting them out for a couple days and regretted it.
