Product arrived after 2 weeks on 4/12/2025 but it was defective
Replacement was confirmed on 5/12/2025
Replacement arrived 18/12/2025 when I have already left for 3 weeks of holiday
The post sent it back on 03/01/2026
Seller lost the package yet wants me to pay for it - offers refund that is only a fraction of the price of the product I paid.
Now I have a defective product and loss of money.
Think twice if you order from Europe!
Product arrives very slowly and impossible to send back! You risk your money.

The seller wrote on 16/01/2026:
“… this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. (…) If you would like a refund,we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. So we can refund you 15.72/euros.”

My answer on 16/01/2026:
“I am sorry to hear this, especially that the product will not be returned to you. What will happen to it? I believe that I am not responsible for this loss. The item should have been returned to you. The shipping address was correct.”
(full correspondance history was sent to the consumer protection authorithy)

O sterne ! Sehr unzufrieden am Ende November Anfang Dezember bestellt und Mitte Januar immer noch nicht da. Bei dern großen A.nbieter nach 4tage rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten niiie wieder werde ich da was bestellen 30€für A
!!!

Schlechte Qualität + langer Versand + kein Rückgabe-Service
Ich habe ein Produkt bestellt, das auf den Fotos gut aussah, aber nach einem Monat Lieferzeit erhielt ich sehr schlechte Qualität mit Kratzern.
Der Verkäufer weigert sich, eine korrekte Rücksendung anzunehmen, und bietet nur eine minimale Entschädigung (2–5 €).
Nicht empfehlenswert.

Mauvaise qualité + livraison longue + pas de retour.
J’ai commandé un produit qui semblait bien sur les photos, mais après un mois de livraison, j’ai reçu un article de très mauvaise qualité avec des rayures.
Le vendeur refuse un retour correct et propose seulement une compensation minime (2–5 €).
Pas recommandé.
