I placed my order over a week ago and I’m yet to receive my despatched email or my order yet

Purchased a custom made product from this company.. Extremely happy!! Purchase arrived very quickly and the staff behind Sev7n were very friendly and helpful! Answered all my questions :) you can tell from the material that these are not rip offs and you’re genuinely getting legit products for cheaper prices!! would highly recommend :)

i would not reccomend this company.
there legitamcy is questionable.
paid £55 for a nike short set designed for peformance and after 2 hours wear ( during no perfomance at all) it starting to thread in several places. both the t-shirt and the shorts. a pictire was sent immidiately on day of receipt of product
they where so unhelpful, ive never had cusomter service like it.
item doesnt have tags so we wont take it back and give a refund. as it must have been okay to take the tags off. and that is where our customer service stops sorry.!!

no one disputed that it didnt arrive okay , it became defective within hours. i have a right to items fit for purpose. and to be told tough sorry. nothing we can do. we didnt make it we are only the retailer. i get not all companies offer refund. but not even an offer of credit note or a replacement, did t even asl me tp send it back to them so they could dispute it with the manufacturer which any decent retailer would want to do to avoid a similar incident.
reckon they disputed already on my behalf to nike in the 3 hours from my email to them to their returning email to me. and apparently nike said there is nothing they can do !
asked for compalints procedure and was advised that basically them emailing me is their complaints procedure and their decision is final
the quality of material is shocking there is no way its genuine nike
just a home seller buyin off DHgate or one of them other replica sites and passing off as legit if ya ask me.
package delivered 9am. packaged retireved by us ( as was left in porch) at 4pm. items put on around 5pm. item showing defects by 7.30pm. messaged sevrn clothing at 7.40pm woth pictures.
avoid !

update .. just in responce to their reply its not customer damage if the material becomes defective after only 2 hours wear!! and if you check the consumer rights act. i am within my rights to expect a replacment or a refund if a product is not fit for its purpose, and yes this includes after the tag has been removed. look it up you may learn something

anyway sev7n clothing emailed me their proof that they are a legitimate verified approved retailer for nike . their proof is a customer invoice. and due to GDPR they have blacked the name and address, the unit price they paid( as thats not my business) and the quantity they ordered
1st of all ive bought many things off nike and have received many invoices exactly like the one you sent me, your invoice does not proove your legitimacy as an approved nike retailer. im sure there is no GDPR breach by displaying your own business registered company name and address, (as the customer we have the right to know where are products are coming from.) and a registered business your address shoukd already be in the public domain so struggling to see how you needed to black that out!!
i appreciate you blacking the unit price out as like you stated thats none of my business as to how much you get them for. but why black out the quantity? your a business apparently so we would expect to see bulk buys so why is that part private.

anyway in a nut shell all you have sent me is a 'customer receipt' for the same product i bought. means absolutely nothing when your hiding alot of the detail. no one is saying you are not a customer of nike. im a customer of nike. anyone who has ever purchased an item from nike is a customer of nike. so that receipt could be for a purchase you actually made for yourself from nike. im disputing you being a verified seller of nike produce as you proclaim to be! when you told me you directly contacted them about my faulty product and they told you sorry there is nothing they can do either!!.

it all stinks if you ask me. id still avoid.
