Firstly Evri didn’t even attempt to deliver, so the poster had to be sent back to them. It took 2 months, supposedly, for the package to be returned and I had minimal contact which required chasing, updates and apologies from the team. Also doesn’t help you can’t even call them so it’s all by email. Then once I finally ask for a refund they send a dispatch notification, so I had to reach out and chase again. Just awful.

Esperienza pessima. Ho effettuato un ordine di €55 il 3 di febbraio, in tempo per fare un regalo per San Valentino. Dopo due settimane, ovvero il 16/02 scopro contattando il corriere che il pacco é stato perso in Germania. Contatto subito il mittente e con non poche difficoltà ricevo risposta che mi avrebbero rispedito il pacco. Dopo 3 giorni non ho ancora ricevuta una comunicazione per la nuova spedizione e sto provando a contattarli senza riscontro. A questo punto vorrei solo ricevere i miei soldi indietro!!

- geen track en trace, wel voor betaald.
- betaald voor binnen 7 dagen shipping, uiteindelijk 3 week gewacht.
- totaal niet gekregen waar ik voor betaald heb.
- door aanpassingen van de website niet meer kunnen retourneren.
- totaal niet duidelijk bij mailcontact.
Ik had het 22 december besteld en heb voor snelle shipping betaald. Vervolgens is het vet onduidelijk wanneer het aankomt en krijg ik geen track en trace ( wat wel was beloofd).
Uiteindelijk aangekomen, totaal niet waar ik voor heb betaald. Ik heb betaald voor erin gegrafeerde letters (100 euro om precies te zijn). Ik kreeg een frame met een papiertje erin.
Er stond op de site dat je alles kon retourneren, uiteindelijk is dit dus kennelijk aangepast, maar alsnog staat het er onoverzichtelijk. Ik mailen, maar ik kan je niet retourneren.

I ordered a custom Starry Sky Poster for my wife for her 35th Birthday, believe me, it was far from the original price with no customisation, but because of the significance of the occasion, I was happy to spend the money on such a thoughtful gift.

I paid for express delivery in the hopes that it was going to arrive in time for her Birthday, admittedly I had ordered it a little late (I had not thought of the idea in time), when I checked the tracker to check the progress, I was a little disheartened to see that it was still in production, but the guys at Starry Sky Posters assured me that this was because I had selected the plexiglass option, rather than the poster paper and this took slightly longer, thankfully I understand that there is a difference between production and shipment/delivery, once it has left the company for shipping, it is out of the hands of the supplier.

The poster was ordered on Monday 7th July and arrived on Friday 18th July (wife’s Birthday was 10th July… ooops haha).

Replies from Starry Sky Posters were quick enough and they even let me know once they had sent it to the courier for shipment.

Now… when I say I was not expecting it to be as big or heavy as it was, that was an understatement, I should have got a ruler when ordering, I am glad that I ordered the plexiglass, I would have hated for it to arrive torn/rolled up, it is a beautifully crafted work of art that commemorates my wife’s Birthday perfectly, it is a gift idea that I had never thought about and I am glad I chose this over chocolates, perfume or jewellery… it’s good to step outside the comfort zone every now and then.

For ANYONE looking to purchase a thoughtful gift that will never expire/run out, will always be remembered for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations etc or just lovers of Astronomy to mark a specific date in time, whether that be the battle of 1066 for a friend who loves history or 1687 when Newton discovered gravity for a science loving friend, these are timeless and beautiful gifts.

Manage your expectations and have an understanding of production vs shipment/delivery before marking these guys down for things outside of their control, they do a great job and I am sure none of them wake up in the morning with the intent to cause their customers distress.

Keep doing what you’re doing guys, my wife loved her poster… I have been tasked with researching/labelling the constellations for her haha.

Instead of the sky picture I ordered, I got a picture of an unknown group of people. Very disappointed

Horrible experience with them!! I ordered a poster in a frame and i paid for express shipping for my partners birthday. I got the order 6 days later!!! Their excuse was that express shipping doesn’t mean i get it sooner it means that it leaves their office sooner. I received the poster not in a frame but in a roll, similar to toilet roll. So so disappointing. I emailed them expressing my frustration about the situation and they showed no understanding, hence i told them that i will be reporting them. Their response was “good luck reporting “. Please be aware as they will scam you.

I placed the order on December 18 and paid extra for the express shipping, and after many back and forth messages over whatsapp and emails with them, the order was delivered on December 31, 2024, which was not nice at all since it was a Christmas gift.
Moreover, the item quality was not up to expectation, and it is below average in terms of the used materials.

I purchased this poster online and expected a beautiful, dazzling poster for £70.00 (purchased in glass and A4 size). I waited a long time for it to arrive and it was due to be a present for our anniversary but we missed that date due to delivery being outside the specified window. OK, I can gift it over later, it's not the end of the world. I unwrapped to ensure it was in tact and I found myself quite disappointed that it's not anything more than a frameless glass photo without the ability to even stand up. I'm not sure how I'm even going to get it up on a wall or anything and then what's the point of having it delivered in glass if I just need to put it in some kind of other frame? You'd be able to see sticky pads on the other side, otherwise. For the money, I wouldn't buy again and I wouldn't recommend. When I went on the site to complain, I the saw a ''30% off all items'' discount and I thought ''well, that's just my luck!''. I'm not impressed and as it's a bespoke order, I imagine it can't be returned without a fight, but after owning a bespoke production company myself, I know it absolutely can. Let's see what can be done and what advice is given to fob me off.

*EDIT* arrived very scratched, sent photos and in response to my previous review, they did very quickly re-produce another immaculate print with the wall hanging features too. Much more impressed and I can now recommend the customer service. Thank you.

Great detail, perfect for occasions, amazing quality!

I absolutely love the black dress. The material is nice and thick and soft. Unfortunately it was a bit too tight around the chest area so I have returned it and will buy it in a bigger size.

I have placed my order at 23 oct. they say the order wil send at 3-6 business days. Still have no update that it is sending. I have send a mail to the clientservice but not reaction. Don’t trust!!

Had een vraag over mijn levering, even mailen, denken met je mee en de poster is ruim op tijd binnen!

What absolute garbage for an excuse. Your website, under FAQ, specifically has the question 'How long does shipping take?', your response is fast shipping 3-6 days. So how exactly do you claim this refers to processing time when its clearly states shipping???
In two separate questions in FAQ, you also state that changes or cancelations can only be made if the order is not in production but most of the time it will be processed instantly. Nowhere can I see it stating processing time for shipment is 3-5 days. So again I will ask you to please clarify where on your website this information is available??
Separately you also claim to respond within 24 hours, I emailed on the 25th and got no response until the 27th, conveniently you failed to respond until just after the confirmation of production email was issued, meaning I was no longer able to cancel the order, that I now no longer need as you failed to deliver on time. Furthermore I also responded to your email of the 27th for further information, it is now the 02/10, and while you appear to have time to respond to trust pilot reviews, you still have yet to respond to my email. I will be contacting the consumer rights authorities and seeking legal advise about this matter., should you continue to ignore my emails.

Would give no stars if possible. Ordered a week ago. Been sending emails with no response. Only today has it been dispatched so I won't receive it on time. Only ordered from here because they offered next day dispatch. So disappointed, still have no response from them.

Fast customer service and waiting for the present;)

No frame, nothing but images on the chart, no information at all. Expensive for what it is. I would not recommend this product from this supplier. There are better options out there. Should have done more research.
