Seamless process to place order and return TENS machine in pre-paid envelope. Good communication when contacted. Clear instructions for use. Effective and simple to use TENS. I ordered mine at 36 weeks just before Christmas and it arrived shortly after, well in time for labour. Would use again!

This is the second time I've hired a Tens machine through The Birth Partnership, and the second time we've had a great experience.

The machine arrived promptly unlike our baby who arrived after 42 weeks but customer service is great and there's no rush or extra charge for returning items.

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The birthing pool arrived damaged which meant it couldn’t be used as intended. The company took three months to reply to my complaint, and denied all responsibility for the damage. The two people I dealt with were unfriendly and less than sympathetic. I wouldn’t recommend them.

We rented a Mia Via from the birth partnership for our baby that was due 29th Jan. the pool was delivered before Xmas in a medium sized plastic shipping container and had everything we needed to blow it up, protect our floor, fill it from a standard kitchen tap and pump the water out afterwards. Our baby came a little late but we emailed the customer support team who were more than happy to extend a little. Great service and amazing, clean equipment. The pool was more than big enough for us and the midwifes to work around.
