Bose Headset ordered and delivered quickly
I purchased a Bose headset from Transair using the Bose Professional Pilot discount, which meant ordering via email rather than directly through their website. Ed was very helpful throughout the whole process and the headset arrived in 24 hours from sending the payment. Overall a very smooth experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.
ONLY RECEIVED PARTIAL REFUND FOR ORDER CANCELLATION, DESPITE CANCELLING & EMAILING THE DAY BEFORE
After having made a mistake in an order one evening (ordered an item smaller than required), I immediately followed the procedure to cancel the order with an explanation. I also emailed that evening with an apology and request to cancel the order. The very next morning, the item was marked as despatched. I emailed again and was told that was sent in error and a refund would be received in 2-3 days. I only recieved a partial refund, almost 20% less than I had been charged for the order. This is pretty poor.

I had ordered a life vest which was delivered in Cyprus in time without the co2 bottle, had the plastic safety pin broken as well as the pull tab lanyard missing.
There was a note inside informing me that they could not supply the canister due to airline restrictions.
I have twice emailed them and had no reply up to now.
I find it unacceptable not to inform you on this before you place the order as well as the fact that the cost of the canister not to be deducted from the amount paid.

Ordentliche Auswahl, aber leider in QualitÀt und Geschmack sehr bescheiden. Wie hatten einen Reiseleiter, ein Àlterer Mann, sehr klein aber oho! Er war sensationell, war bemÌht, sehr viele Infos, zeigte uns mehr, als angeboten war. Sensationell! Sollten Sie eine andalusienreise bei Merkur buchen, fragen Sie nach Antonio! Sie werden es nicht bereuen. Bei der alhambra und die mesquita, hatten wir andere Reiseleiter, einfach super! Wie gesagt die Halbpension ist nicht besonders, aber der Rest, war ausgezeichnet. Tolles preis LeistungsverhÀltnis, tolle Reiseleiter. Im ganzen betrachtet, super!
