Just avoid - shocking customer support
I was a great advocate of Worx tools having a large power share collection. NOT ANY MORE.
I had one problem with a lawn mower after 18 months, it just failed. Never mind I thought Worx fully guarantee the product for 2-3 years. So this was my first time of contact with Worx for one of my Worx products and oh how they failed! They had it for 2 weeks and not a whisper so I chased up only to be told I hadnât purchased it from a very small band of retailers - how would I know! I purchased it new, so whatâs the problem??They did everything they could to not repair or replace - great job Worx. They didnât even try any solution such as a discount off a new one, just âthe computer says noâ. A clear manufacturer fault appears to be my problem not theirs.
It takes years to build a customer relationship and seconds to lose it.
When all my Worx tools come to their end of life, which will probably be sooner rather than later following this experience, I will find a new brand.
If you are reading this and want peace of mind and not total aggravation from after sales support then steer clear of Worx. It was clear they were uninterested in reviews but if I can do my small part then at least I am protecting another innocent sole, my conscience is clear.
