Collected my keys on monday and got an email on Thursday asking to move out as building being sold

Everything was smooth and exceptional. The agent I worked with, Julius, is brilliant and thorough. Thank you for everything, and I am looking forward to living in the new flat.

I had a really positive experience dealing with Julius at Ad Hoc. He was helpful, professional and responsive throughout the whole process, and made everything straightforward from start to finish.

Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, Julius was happy to help and kept me updated along the way. I really appreciated his communication and support, particularly during the process of getting everything arranged for the property.

Overall, Julius provided a great service and made the experience much easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend him and Ad Hoc to anyone considering property guardianship.

Great company been with them over a year now, was initially very skeptical but been very impressed with their level of service and responsiveness. Special mention to Charlie who has moved me twice seamlessly, managed expectations honestly and has been helpful whenever I’ve contacted him. He’s been my main contact point with Ad-hoc and he gets a 10/10 from me.

Julius was very helpful and made the whole process effortless.

Julius went out of his way to help us to secure a place we've really liked. The whole process was explained thoroughly, Julius was very helpful, patient and made the move-in easy. I've received every important information about how the property guardianship works and also who to contact in case the flat needs some repair works.
The flat itself is really lovely and in a great area, where we don't have to travel far to work.
All in all we've had a great experience with Ad Hoc and Julius!

Worst experience. Hidden terms and conditions will share tenants at 11th hour when ppl have no other choice to return back home. Worst services. I suggest not to visit any of there houses without read you contract and terms and conditions.

The agent from Ad Hoc arranged to meet me on three separate occasions, and on each occasion he was more than one hour late.
Making me loose valuable time .
Also he gave me wrong keys and didn’t give me the original ones after 1 entire week I already was paying and it was very chaotic

I’ve been settled with AdHoc at the Laurels for a few months now, and my experience has been very good, especially given the incredibly reasonable license fee and the friendly people at the Laurels.

A massive thank you to Jules for helping me secure the room. Moving is always a stressful time, but the entire onboarding process was fantastic and made the transition completely worry-free. The security checks / background checks were quite intensive (they called my boss to verify my salary and bonus!), but ultimately it was worth it given the fee!

I also have to give thanks to the maintenance team, who were absolute legends when my toilet blew right in the middle of an England World Cup game. Having to speak to a plumber over a video call during the match was probably the worst possible timing, but they were fantastic and handled the emergency perfectly!

I recommend AdHoc to anyone looking for a good process, great value, and a property management that gets the job done. As a full-time working professional in my 20's guardianship through AdHoc has been fantastic, and will help me save for a deposit.

The experience was great. But the process takes longer time. However, the agent (Julius ) did a good job.

The members of team are very flexible to sort everything out.
They make a room for me which is perfect to live there.
I got some room to rent from them but I was always satisfied. I need to say a BIG thank you.
