We dealt with a very helpful and professional staff member, Isabelle Mullane. She was of immense assistance in arranging the renewal of our car insurance.

Ross was so helpful today. His customer service skills were amazing and he was so helpful and a joy to call.

I needed help changing a policy, and Hazel Tynan talked me through the entire process. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the details, and patiently listened even when I chose not to take her advice—which, as it turned out, she was right about!

Hazel was kind, really lovely, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. She made what could have been a stressful process much easier, and I really appreciated her patience and expertise. Excellent customer service!

Hazel Tynan was very helpful over the phone and I had my issue rectified with 10minutes.
I have a letter from my insurance company informing me that i needed to repay the full amount of my claim in order to reinstate my no claims bonus when I have no claims protection on my policy. Hazel contacted the insurance company straight away and confirmed back to me that updatw letter will be issued out.
