I renewed my motor insurance through Arachas today.
Hazel Tynan was the person that I spoke with and who completed my renewal.
She answered all my queries and even went and researched the answers to a couple of tricky questions that arose from my reading of my renewal documents.
Arachas have helped me to get the best motor insurance that suits my situation and circumstances at the best price.
Their customer service are some of the best that I have experienced in a long time.

I dealt with Isabelle Mullane for our renewal today, she was brilliant - very well informed, efficient and friendly. I went for an alternative insurer and she talked me through the change very clearly. Highly recommend

Your staff member Isabelle Mullane was extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, polite, spoke extremely clearly, and well, about your insurance products, the quiet competence of your colleague made me feel comfortable enough to purchase the insurance then and there.

I dealt with a very helpful member of staff Hazel Tynan who I must say was exceptional in the service she provided keeping me updated at all times. It was great in this day and age to deal with someone so good at her job you are lucky to have her.

Sinead was very helpful & pleasant , however due to lack of access to my previous records she was unable to answer my query re differential in premium from previous years. She has sent an email to the respective team to respond to me

Hazel Tynan was a fantastic help sorting out my car insurance.I usually find every year when sorting quotes/payments it’s very stressful and time consuming.Hazel rang/emailed me when she said she would.The whole process was very easy.I will definitely be emailing Hazel next year when I am renewing my car insurance.She was so helpful and friendly and so prompt with emails/phone calls.I so appreciate all of her help and turning a stressful situation into a very simple one.I couldn’t thank her enough on the phone this morning when I was renewing my policy.

Hazel Tynan looked after all my requirements for a mid term car insurance transfer to a different car seamlessly and backed it up straight away with email confirmation. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

I rang to move my insurance from my old car to a new car. Tara Burns explained everything that I needed to do and gave me a quote for the new car and even sent an email with instructions. Excellent customer Service!!!

I dealt with two people today. The first lady was not very helpful, seemed irritated and was rude and abrupt. I needed help with my insurance matter urgently and I was quite concerned as she seemed uninterested. However at the end of the day I had the opportunity to deal with a different staff member (and briefly with a third staff member). This gentleman, Niall, and another lady I spoke with briefly, were very helpful and compassionate and patient and they got my urgent matter resolved in less than a half a hour. I was incredibly grateful to have had the help from Niall, prompt, professional, understanding. I would give Niall and his service 5 stars. I would give the earlier lady 1 star

Hazel Tynan was exceptionally helpful in exploring options for the best insurance policy for me & my family this coming year. She went to the bother of checking websites etc of insurance companies policy around learer drivers and insurance cover.
The waiting tome to get through on the phone and needing to be passed to 2 different people, was the only reason I am nit giving 5 stars.
