I have dealt with the Arachas galway office for over 19 years. I called in on friday as I hadn't received my cert. A lovely curtious manager dealt with my policy which had not actually renewed, he got my policy renewed and saved my over 120euro. The best service ive received to date. If you ever have a problem ask for Rhys Reynolds. He was quick professional and gave my wife and I his direct contact details for any problems in the future amazing service.

I was very happy with the way Isabelle Mullane from Arachas dealt with my request, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

I was having IT difficulties as I tried to renew my insurance. I contacted Arachas by telephone. I was connected to Isabelle Mullane who quickly and efficiently guided me through the renewal process. Her friendly approach was just what was needed that day. Thank you Isabelle.

I could not recommend Arachne more! In day-to-day renewals, they are always very professional and informative. They are genuinely interested in helping and answer any questions asked. (Francine M was a prime example during my recent renewal).

When I was going through a claim and having issues with my insurance company, they were so supportive and ensured that I knew what my policy entitled me to and advocated for me when I felt the claim was not being addressed fairly. It was such a comfort during that time.

I'd a lovely experience this year renewing my insurance. I'm not very good online my husband did all these things for me but he passed away few years ago and I'm doing it now
