We’re very sorry to read this review and understand your frustration, particularly given the circumstances you have described involving an elderly and vulnerable customer.

This is not the experience we want any customer to have. We take situations involving vulnerable customers particularly seriously, and we are reviewing what happened, including why the engineer left before the work was completed and the communication you received from our office.

We're sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the invoice. To clarify, the cost of any materials used is separate from our labour charges, as the materials required vary from job to job and depend entirely on the specific work carried out for each customer. For this reason, materials are itemised separately so that customers are only charged for the items actually used on their installation.

We always aim to be transparent with our pricing, and we appreciate your feedback as it highlights where we can make this clearer during the booking process.

If you have any questions about your invoice or would like us to go through the materials used, please don't hesitate to contact our team. We'd be more than happy to help.
