Great Assistance from Alanna
My partner and I visited Austin & Blake to purchase an engagement ring and was assisted by a lovely lady called Alanna. She was extremely helpful and showed us through a wide selection of rings and styles.
We were able to make a decision on the day and Alanna was great at keeping us up to date with the progres of the ring.
We have been to collect today and are very happy 😊 , we will definitely visit again when the time comes to purchase wedding bands.

Shivarni helped me from start to finish, from quality of stone, banding and sizing and was always available to respond to queries in regards to delivery. The other members of staff were also very informative and their customer service was excellent.

Alanna provided a fantastic experience
Alanna was incredibly helpful and provided a great experience. While I was relatively set on most aspects of the rings, she was able to provide great insight and perspective to ensure I selected the best ring for my partner. In addition, the aftercare that she provided was fantastic so that I was fully informed of the delivery and collection process.

Alanna - Austen & Blake - cannot recommend enough
Managed to get myself down to Austen & Blake and was served by Alanna. She was absolutely brilliant and smashed it out the park. She was very helpful throughout, from picking the ring to picking the right diamond in budget. Keeping me updated throughout once the order was placed. Genuinely very grateful for her service and knowledge! Cannot recommend enough.

Exceptional Service from Shivarni at Austen & Blake
My partner and I had an outstanding experience shopping for wedding rings at Austen & Blake, thanks to Shivarni. She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout our appointment, making the process smooth and enjoyable.
We booked an appointment with just over a month until our wedding. Despite the tight timeline, Shivarni reassured us about the lead time and consistently kept us updated on the status of our rings. Thanks to her efficient communication and dedication, our rings arrived well in advance of our wedding day.
Shivarni was also very helpful when my husband decided to exchange his ring for a different metal, and we are looking forward to his new ring arriving in store.
Shivarni’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident, and we truly appreciate her guidance.

We had a great experience at Austen & Blake and would definitely recommend. The staff in store were very friendly and welcoming. Shivarni was brilliant with us, really honest, knowledgeable and helpful about what style of wedding rings we should go for. My partner opted for a classic band, and I chose a ring that sits beautifully with my engagement ring. We had my engagement ring resized at the same time and were able to collect all 3 rings together. A big thank you to Shivarni for spending the time with us to ensure our wedding rings were perfect!
