The experience as been really great so far. The entire team is very much profesional and clears all the doubts we have in our mind. Looking forward to publishing even more books in the future through BlueRose publishers.

I had signed a contract with bluerose publishers in 2025. I had written a book on management of disabilities in children. They kept calling frantically for full payment within 5 days of signing contract, by falsely promising expedition of work. After receiving full payment they didn't fulfill their promises. Rather, I had to keep calling and reminding them. An absolutely unprofessional team that even told me to withdraw my project, but no refund would be made. The most shocking was that despite final approval of files they uplisted my book on a national platform on 25.8.25 with three different Authors' names and a different back cover. I had to notify them of their fault because they didn't even check the listing which was their responsibility. Ultimately I had to withdraw my project. No refund has been made. I just want to advice Authors to-
1.PROCEED WITH CAUTION when signing a contract with this company or any other for that matter.
2. Do not make full payment before schedule unless you receive in writing what the company is promising.
3. Do not Sign up and pay for advertising, etc until completion of work.
4. Remember, if you're cheated by a business and write a review which doesn't favor them, they keep flagging and reporting your review as fake and your review is removed.
5. If that happens with somebody, remember that these reviews don't matter so much. Instead, you have consumer rights which will provide you fair solutions.

The team which was appointed for my book headed by Dipika was an excellent team. I learnt many things as this was my first ever book from the team. Love to work more with bluerose publication in future.

Worst publisher I have ever dealt with with, no help, support or any kind of active marketing. And getting your loyalty payments….forget it, they don’t pay out. AVOID

Title: Engaged to recover funds — what we found was deeply troubling
We were brought in on behalf of a client to recover money owed by Blue Rose Publishers. What followed was one of the most unprofessional experiences we have encountered in years of operating in the US and India markets.

Over the course of this engagement, we dealt with a rotating cast of representatives, each accompanied by a fresh explanation for their conduct — an issue here, an issue there.

Most seriously, one representative was falsely accused of referring to a Blue Rose associate as a "cancer patient" as a passing remark during a Google Meet, in response to a minor delay in joining. No apology was offered. When we documented this, Blue Rose's response was to deny it ever happened.

The organization has no 1-800 number, no clear point of contact, no accountability protocol, and no apparent familiarity with standard professional practices common to virtually every company we deal with — including major financial institutions. Representatives make unscheduled phone calls and expect complex issues to be resolved on the spot.

When we raised these concerns formally, we were accused of being a "non-existent or unverified organization" and our client's legitimate grievances were characterized as defamatory. This is a pattern — their own Google Reviews tell a consistent story of unresponsiveness and unprofessional conduct.

Blue Rose is a small vanity publisher. We say that not as an insult but as a statement of fact — one that makes their treatment of clients all the more inexplicable.

Update: Blue Rose Publishers is now threatening legal action unless we remove our reviews. We wish to state clearly: such threats are illegal under consumer protection and free speech principles, and will be reported directly to the Trustpilot team if they continue. We stand by every word written here.

As a first time author, BlueRose Team guided nicely at each step. The Team was professional, responsive and sensitive to my every query and concern and willing to help. I commend effort of Deepika, Sagar and Ajay and grateful for their support.

It was a smooth publication experience. I had collaborated with a experienced team, they have provided me every possible services. Kudos to the Bluerose team. 🙏👍🤝
