Excellent sessions for over 40s women
Really well thought-out bite-sized sessions for over 40s women. I can definitely feel the benefit after only my first four weeks, and I've never done any training before. Lovely instructor too, Luke has made me feel very welcome and has a great encouraging approach.
Superb Set Up
Superb set up. They do offer money back after your first month if you follow all the rules, but to be honest, itâs worth the money to help you get in a routine and learn what to eat, best ways to exercise and get the advice to set you up.
Accountability and focus
I love the weekly check on calls to help keep you on track and accountable.
The workouts are short and quick though I have struggled fitting them in given work and family commitments as a single parent but the weekly calls help to refocus and prioritise me for the right reasons. Frustratingly the scales have not moved yet but I have just got Ito a smaller pair of jeans that were really tight when I first bought them 3 weeks ago and have been dithering whether to return them and keep the bigger size so taking that as a win!
Find tracking food a little cumbersome but overall the app is great and integrates with Apple Watch so most data syncs effortlessly.
I really like the exercise videos and the ability to drop a note to the coach if you need some extra support. Really enjoying the program

Iâm so grateful for the amazing support I receive with nutrition, accountability, and fitness videos. The nutrition plan is flexible and easy to follow, with simple macro guidelines rather than strict rules or restrictions. The regular check-ins keep me motivated, and the workout videos are short, clear and enjoyable. This balanced approach makes weight loss feel achievable and sustainable!
Accountability
I love the accountability that this program brings. The app and the weekly check-ins with Natalie have really helped to keep me moving and on track.
Iâve struggled to eat the calories, Iâm doing ok with the macros but Iâm not eating enough according to My Fitness Pal but not too worried as my goal is to be more active.
Daft as it sounds, although theyâre only short, Iâve struggled to fit the exercises in to my routine with work and Grandchildren commitments but compensated with walking more (the kids can do that with me).
Maybe a little bit more variation in workouts would help?
Iâve lost some weight and my clothes are definitely feeling better so made the decision to sign up for 6 more months.
I would definitely recommend this programme.
Good program if you need holding accountable
I went on the program to see if it could help me get into an exercise pattern; menopause had brought with it an ADHD diagnosis which has left me with no energy and an inability to form habits. As this was a free trial aimed at my age group with menopause it seemed like an opportunity not to waste. I really like the app, while I was getting a good level of steps in daily it has held me accountable and now Iâm consistently doing 10k per day. I also like the water tracking, hyperfocus means I sometimes donât eat or drink all day and having to update the app through the day helped keep me hydrated. I used MyFitnessPal for my calories; Iâve used the app in the past and while it takes time to keep updated, it does make you think about what you are eating. I struggled with the exercises provided, they did not engage my brain enough to motivate me and I think I need a human leading and encouraging, which Iâll now look for. Despite dropping my calories during the 4 weeks, I didnât lose weight on the program, which I wasnât too bothered about, not sure if I lost any cmâs as I couldnât find a way to look back at the weeks stats.
Claire and Natalie were very welcoming and friendly. I think it would be helpful to give a little more of the âwhyâ we were eating so much protein, or doing weights, and it would be good to have more info about menopause adjustments we need both physically and nutritionally. I didnât find the info specific to menopause which was my expectation.
Really supportive
I'm really enjoying the regular contact with my PT and the way that she adapts my exercises etc to my needs and to my progress. The app is great and I can keep track of my meals and measurements. The supportive WhatsApp group is great.

This has been a great experience to kick start my weight loss journey. Lots of useful information, hints and tips and great structured exercises. Lots of centimetres lost in the first few weeks.

Month 1 completed and it has been helpful to be held accountable to the goals I set myself. The app is great for keeping everything all in one place. The WhatsApp group is good to share ideas and inspiration to the participants in the group. Natalieâs goals are positive and lead to changes most weeks looking forward to the next 3 months
Good for accountability & tracking nutrition and progress
I have a fair amount of experience over the years with different diet/lifestyle programmes and training regimens, and over the last few years, my go-to has always been a low-carb approach. This stopped working over the last 6 months, something changed, probably linked to my hormones so I though I would give this programme a try. Admittedly, I was sceptical at first as the calories I was required to take was way over anything I'm used to, and it is a high-carb, moderate-protein and low-fat approach. I am surprised, but 4 weeks later, I am down by 1.2kg and have lost several centimetres off everywhere!!
What did I learn? To keep moving and it seems carbs are not always the enemy!
What is the programme like? It's initially 4 weeks, you do pay a deposit to keep you engaged and accountable which can be put towards continuing your journey with the team or returned if you followed the rules. Every week there is a check-in call to discuss nutrition, exercise, what needs tweaking etc. There is also a messaging system on the app which allows you to direct any issues or interim queries to your coach. In addition to this, there is a WhatsApp group set up so people can choose to engage there and also ask questions and share things in the group. This programme is good for accountability and particularly good for guidance on training and nutrition if you are a novice, or even if you got a little stuck like me.
The app integration was a little off for me. If you don't do it already (or if you use MyFitnessPal) then it's great and you use the system provided. I have a Galaxy watch and subscribe to Cronometer, and didn't want to have to duplicate entries. We got around this by adding screenshots of my stats.
Excellent decision to help refocus on health
Adele and Natalie were lovely to speak to, encouraging and supportive. The app is quite easy to use and itâs great that it links with my fitness pal for logging foods. The short exercise routines set were good and easy to follow. Overall it was an excellent decision to join BYB to refocus on my nutrition and fitness.
Fun accountability!
I really enjoyed my time with RR&T. Natalie was really supportive, she added exercises to my plan that incorporated the equipment I had at home so I can keep to a routine whilst travelling. She also changed some of the body weight ones to allow for my damaged wrist. Our weekly check ins helped to made me accountable without pressure.
I didnât make use of the food log or WA group so canât comment on these features but the app was very easy to use.
Adele made the joining process really simple, was knowledgeable and informative, and any questions clearly explained.
Thank you both as I needed the boost to get me back on track and this did exactly what it said on the tin.

I recently completed the 28-day Boost Your Body programme and found it to be exactly what I needed. Everything is meticulously organised â from logging food and water intake to tracking workouts in the app. The structure and accountability really kept me focused, and I was able to see positive results, including weight loss.
The weekly coaching calls with Natalie kept me on track. I appreciated the flexibility of the programme, so on days I couldnât make it to the gym (or just didnât want to go!), the app provided a range of home workouts, so I could stay consistent.
Uploading photos and measurements each week was motivating too, as it allowed me to see my progress. Overall, this programme gave me the accountability and tools I needed to succeed, and Iâd recommend it to anyone looking for structure, support, and results.

A great exercise plan
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with BYB. I've learnt so much about carbs and protein which has made such a difference to my diet. I've lost weight and feel lighter in myself with my walking and water consumption.
Natalie is so lovely and our weekly check ins have been so supportive. The app exercises are great and I love the videos showing the correct moves and posture. I love the whatsapp group too where tips and advice is shared. Adele is also super lovely and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed our chats. I am ready to use what I have learnt going forward, and making sure to keep up with my new calorie and exercise plan. Thank you all

Iâve found this program really useful to get me moving and eating better. The custom goals and food suggestions are achievable and inspiring. Itâs great to have a human connection with weekly check in and the WhatsApp group. I feel much more optimistic and confident about my health and ability to get fit again after a long time with chronic pain that seemed it would stop me from improving. The coach is really positive and supportive without being pushy and Iâve enjoyed taking this impactful step for my health.
