Having seen the range of garden furniture online, we visited the store in Tunbridge Wells. Although we were limited for time, Sian-Louise took time out to provide us with alternatives from the Mayfair and Kensington range. This enabled us to make an informed decision on the more expensive table and four chairs and we're so glad we chose those. They are really fabulous quality and were delivered in a matter of days. Full marks to Sian-Louise and her male colleague for the whole experience. We would not hesitate in recommending the Company, service and the fantastic range of superior quality garden furniture.

I have had my Bridgman garden furniture for a very long time now, and it has proved to be an excellent purchase. The quality is outstanding and, even after many years of use, it is still well worth repairing rather than replacing.

I recently contacted Bridgman about having my table and chair repaired, and I have to say the whole experience has been excellent. Jane could not have been more helpful. She made everything incredibly easy and straightforward, kept me updated throughout and arranged the repair and collection process seamlessly.

In these days of so many large corporate companies, it is especially refreshing to know that Bridgman remains a family-run business and still maintains such high standards of personal service and customer care. That really comes across in the way they look after their customers.

It is also very reassuring to deal with a company that continues to support its products and customers so well, even many years after the original purchase.

I would thoroughly recommend Bridgman to anyone looking for high-quality garden furniture. The furniture itself is beautifully made and built to last, the staff are a pleasure to deal with and the after-sales service has been first class.

Harry was knowledgeable and engaging. He demonstrated the furniture I bought and had detailed understanding of what I needed and the most suitable product to consider. The payment was straightforward and he gave me help too in shifting the furniture to the transport. His follow up communications were excellent. After a lengthy search for good quality garden furniture, I stumbled across Bridgman when scrolling online. I made an enquiry using their message service and received a prompt response from Bruno. I have to say, Bruno’s knowledge of their products is amazing and he has worked with me tirelessly for a few weeks now as we were undecided whether the Kensington or Mayfair would work well in our garden. It is so unusual to find this level of service anywhere! Bruno has the patience of a saint….
We also visited the Walton-On-Thames store to view the stock and found Harry to be extremely helpful. His knowledge is also exceptional and he liaised well with Bruno, so together we felt very well supported.
The quality of the garden furniture is excellent. It’s robust, stylish and there is a good focus on its longevity with a good after care service available too.

Lovely piece of furniture, Sudbury armchair, with a good number of fabric choices. Paul, the sales rep, engaged in a friendly way and was helpful through the discussion and purchase process.

Such a warm welcome from Emma at the wilmslow store. The quality of the products is evident to see and this is what swayed our decision to purchase from Bridgman. Emma really knows the products and her passion and customer service skills was excellent. Would highly recommend this brand to anyone seeking a luxury garden furniture set that will withstand stand all that the British weather has to offer and will still look fantastic season after season.

Super responsive. I made an enquiry on Friday evening. Bruno at Bridgman got back to me first thing Saturday morning and I’d bought 2 sofas and arranged delivery by 9.30am.
I already have Bridgman furniture at my house in Oxford and Cornwall and am very happy with both design and quality. Top notch all round.

After a long search for a 6 seater rattan garden dining set we came across Bridgman online .Impressed by their reviews which all highlighted the high quality of the furniture and despite great end of summer sales elsewhere , which were very tempting .. we were sent a brochure and invited by Harry from the Walton on Thames to visit their showroom . We were so taken by what we saw and Harry was so helpful in guiding us and advising us in our choice , that on seeing and sitting in the Kensington chairs our decision was made straight away . Harry organised the delivery and we received our beautiful table and chairs within a few days . From Harry’s first contact to the lovely delivery men who put the table together we can say we would recommend Bridgman to all our friends . We are sure from the quality that we will have many years of enjoyment and only wish had purchased this earlier ! Bruno was a very helpful, polite and professional salesman he helped me choose my garden furniture quite quickly which was good. This is the second purchase I have made and I have to say the quality is undeniably amazing! I have the Kensington semi circular sofa with waterproof cushions and I don’t cover them at all during winter and I jetwash them in spring.. they still look new.. I have just purchased a matching dining set. Cant wait for the delivery! Thanks Bruno.

Helpful information from Bruno resulted in a quick delivery of a new Kensington sun lounger in time for the bank holiday. Lovely product which complements the rest of our other Bridgman terrace furniture.

Delivery as scheduled. Added a stool/foot rest to our Bridgman set. Bridgman furniture is so well built, weather resistant, but also light and easy to move. Thoroughly recommended.
