CBS Bahamas レビュー

I was searching for an item that I saw online to kill termites and could not find it in the store. I located an employee (whose name I found out was Chad Levarity) although he was an assistant in another section he took the time to walk me to the area where the product was located and assisted with finding the exact one I needed. He was so helpful and very patient as I asked questions about various products.
He was also very professional and mannerly. He should be commended for good customer service.

I visited your store moments ago (1st May,2026) I was assisted by a youngman by the name P.J. Carey. (who was busy with another floor client when I arrived) after which he kindly and compentaintly demonstrated the duaribility of the hurricane impact windows for our home and the metal shutters for our Apartment Complex. Moments into the demo I believe that his Supervisor called him on the portable radio with regards to not picking up the line to deal with a phone customer. That did not go well so I left in the middle of the demo. My husband and I are business persons as well. Therefore, it does not make good business sense for a person to be pulled away from a floor client everytime the phone rings, have someone inplace to strictly handle the phone and set up a callback system. So please give it some thought and make it make sense!

Nathalie really made our shopping experience a thoroughly enjoyable event. Her winning smile and most helpful disposition will encourage us to come back, coupled, of course, with your competitive prices and extensive variety of household and hardware items.

You went above and beyond after the damage was brought to your attention.. thank you immensely for the most professional staff and the fact you acted quickly to rectify the problem. God bless. Continue to do the same for others🙏
