Lovely helpful staff in my local depot (Aldershot branch) both when I've been into store and spoken to them over the phone to confirm product spec. Online ordering was easy with fast delivery.

I went into the branch to order 2 items…
I went into the branch to order 2 items that I knew would not be on their shelves.l, as they were not you’re run of the mill items. The manger Josh took full ownership of this order. All items were in my hand delivered by courier 1st thing the next day.
