My local store didn’t have the lights I wanted in stock but could see on their system 5 were available. Suggested I order online & would receive next day delivery. Arrived the next morning. So impress... もっず芋る

Cheapest price at the time of purchase DTM52, next day shipping with a good courier. Item was not protected too well inside the carton box but it's Makita, I can understand, and the courier carefully... もっず芋る

I found what I wanted and it was delivered successfully. I would, however encourage CEF to offer a cheaper delivery service please. The delivery charge was £5.95 plus VAT, which was only 1p more than... もっず芋る

The boys in the Penryn store are great


The boys in the Penryn store are great but the online shop are terrible! Because of a special job I had to do I bought a £395 Milwaukee tool for next day delivery to the Penryn store, online sent it to wrong store and lost it, DX don’t know where it is and they won’t refund me even though I’ve not even seen the tool!!! It’s a lot of money to me and I’ve lost jobs now because of it, I will possibly not use them any more as this is happening too often now
.. because the tool is sought after I suspect it’s been lost “on purpose”

Helpful frindly advice

We always use the Littlehampton branch of CEF for our Electrical requirements/ The staff are always helpful and friendly and give helpful recommendations and advice when we are unsure of getting the right product.

The ONLY wholesaler we choose

We increasingly used CEF to the point where they are the primary wholesaler our business uses today.

A great local team in Stafford, who go the extra mile every time and don't quibble if something on the order needs returning.

The online business is superb for next day delivery and frequently enables us to respond to our customers quicker.

Excellent service
