The website was easy to navigate, ordering was easy and delivery was very prompt. Fareham branch were very helpful.

Easy website to navigate and when the order delivered to store you get a phone call to say items are in store and ready for collection. Branch staff are always polite and extremely helpful.

This delivery was ok however …
When I tried to return previously ordered items to local CEF store I had one problem after another. Poor attitude culminating in them refusing to take items back that I’d done a click and collect from other local store.

Not quite 5 stars
The review would have been higher but once again they did not contact me when my order was in.
They supplied the items I needed at a reasonable price.
They are not the only supplier to carry the range required but the most convenient.
