CEF, through their online sales team and the City of London branch, worked really hard to ensure that I would receive some items that I needed as part of a work emergency. Highly recommend.

Large selection of products. However, the more economical range are online only, and the 'collect from store' is exactly same price as home delivery.

paid for next day delivery
paid for next day delivery, product never received. Contact numbers left with order, no calls received, delivery details says it was delivered but then turns out this was a failed attempt.
Very, very poor customer service. Extremely reluctant to ever use your services again.
