Lisa was very patient today and got my password reset. Service is always very speedy. My only issue is that it doesn't give me the prices I get at counter so I buy it online elsewhere at better price.... もっと見る

I find the staff at Cef York are all friendly and knowledgeable about the products they supply but if there are any gaps in product they are soon rectified .

Lisa was very patient today.
Lisa was very patient today and got my password reset. Service is always very speedy. My only issue is that it doesn't give me the prices I get at counter so I buy it online elsewhere at better price. I often order on evening and can't wait to deal with counter. Also some items aren't listed online but are available at counter, so again I go to online store that can supply what I want.

Products were good and delivered on time. Only gave three stars as you have to pay for delivery to click and collect in store when they don't have them in stock. CEF need to keep up with Screwfix who offer this service for free

Awful service at trade counter
The guy who worked behind the trade counter was rude, hostile and aggressive when collecting my online order. Blamed me for the order not having a name on it despite CEFs own system creating the order details and told me a return would not be possible if the item was wrong. More and more people serving the public these days who just should not be doing it as a job when they clearly have zero people skills. He was even hostile over the phone when I asked what time they were open for me to collect. Old geordie guy, time to retire
