Jaden ,a shop assistant, was very friendly, got the right shoes we wanted, made sure the shoes were comfortable and stayed with us until we were happy we looked at all the shoes we wanted to. He made our experience great!

Ordered online for next day delivery, after 4 days the order is still processing and customer service tells me I have to wait 48h more to see if there's an update and that the cost of next day delivery can not be refunded till the order is processed

We made an appointment at the Fosse Park Clarks store for school shoe fitting. We arrived early but we were assigned a member of staff very quickly. Ace was fantastic. They were really patient with my son who was very shy. His feet were measured and a range of shoes were brought out in his size. There was no pushiness to go for the more expensive shoes and my son preferred the fit of the cheaper ones. We then decided to make the most of an offer and Ace found two pairs of trainers in our son’s size which he loved. Overall a really good experience for buying our son’s first school shoes- thank you!

I always dread the school shoes shopping trip as my boys hate it and it can be really difficult getting them try shoes on never mind finding ones they say are comfy and they'll wear, but Iman at the Oldham store made it possible. She was really attentive, engaging and patient with them and we came away with 2 pairs each. Thank you!

Today l was in Clarks in Donegal Place in Belfast. I purchased a pair of shoes and was assisted by Angela in making my purchase.
I have visited this Clarks shop many times and always find the staff so helpful and friendly and it is always the shop l go to when looking to buy Clarks shoes.

Naya was quick to spot us in the shop and to offer her assistance politely. She then asked sensible questions, was friendly, found the sandals we were after, was apologetic that half sizes were not available, helped me try the sandals on and made the sale easy and natural.

Mo and Wardah were excellent, especially when dealing with my granddaughter who was being very uncooperative. Well done

Naya was very attentive, patient with my child, she was very understanding to the type of footwear i wanted fir my child. Very good customer services.

Abi at Yeovil was really lovely and helpful especially with all the advice surrounding first shoes. She was amazing with my 14mth old - he is high energy and curious about new things (shoes/posters in store) but she was so so good with him even when he was redecorating the store 🫣🤭 Abi knew i didn’t want to spend full price for first shoes so found a pair that were suitable and on sale.

Robbie from the harlow store was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and professional. He’s an asset to Clark’s and should be the standard throughout the entire organisation. Keep up the fantastic work Robbie.

Was in clarks abbeycentre today to get school shoes for our 4 children , LaurenB.T helped us and she was excellent with all the children, we were with her for over an hour and nothing was any problem to her, staff were all lovely and the manager came over and checked in with us as well, highly recommended 5 star service

School shoes purchased today assisted by Eleanor who was fab! Super friendly, great with my daughter and an excellent example of great customer service!

Najma served us. She was polite, engaging and managed to win my shy toddler over. She was really accommodating to our needs and she knew what to recommend for good foot development. We trusted her advice and bought a pair on the spot.

I received excellent customer service from Olu at the Putney branch. I was looking for a pair of shoes, but my size wasn't available in store. Olu offered me the option of ordering the exact same shoes online in my size and patiently talked me through the process. He processed the online order for me and arranged for the shoes to be delivered to my nearest store in Colliers Wood, making everything quick and easy. He also let me know that the Stratford branch had my size in stock in case I preferred to collect them there.

Olu also recommended the Rain & Stain Protector Spray and the Suede & Nubuck Restorer Spray to help me care for my new suede shoes, and I bought both products based on his advice.

Throughout my visit, Olu was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. He is a real asset to the Putney branch, and I hope his outstanding customer service is recognised.

​My Daughter and I had been to various stores for school shoes with absolutely no success, until we visited Clarks in Belfast on Thursday, July 23rd.
​A stressful chore we dread to do every year, turned into the most pleasant and seamless experience. We were served by Elma, a new starter, who was absolutely brilliant, patient, and attentive from start to finish. She was supported by Jenny, who was incredibly accommodating and helping us fit insoles so my daughter could comfortably manage those awkward in-between sizes.
​Huge thanks to Elma and Jenny for turning our stressful shopping trip into such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

My order was delivered to the trash bin outside my home without my permission as it is not safe place . When I returned home from work my order was gone. I tried to contact customer service and explained the situation, but they told me that this was my delivery address and nothing could be done. Even if it was the courier's fault, because the GPS is correct, I don't understand it at all. This is the first time I've encountered something like this. Why am I being held accountable for the courier's fault, as they absolutely should not have left the package in such a place without my consent. Customer service is big joke this definitely last time I buy anything from them .
