Contact methods are horrible, they never get back to queries and live chat responses are left unread with no response for months. I have had so many problems and trying to get in touch with anyone is next to impossible. My funds have been handled wrong multiple times despite my clear requests. Booking a call is always fully booked for weeks. Why is there not just a easy direct line to get customer service for your investors ? The idea of the platform is great which makes this such a shame that customer sevice is extremely poor and inspires no confidence or trust in them handling your money. The app has also become unusable and all the updates being made have made it more confusing than ever. Not sure who they are doing user testing with if any before these updates are being released?

I tried the USD income fund and lost ~7% of my investment just in the transfer process from US account to UK account. i would not recommend anyone to invest from US in Cur8. What is the point of having a USD income fund if it is not domiciled in US. But good luck to the Cur8 team.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience with Cur8. The platform is user-friendly, transparent, and provides attractive investment opportunities. I also appreciate the continuous improvements and efforts to enhance the user experience.

Access to prime deal, easy interface and always trying their best to answer any query. Very serious in showing why and how deals are sharia compliant. They rightfully take pride in community project and propose solution to some of the issues communities face. They are mission driven and definitely deserve more attention !!

The mobile application is very well designed and constantly improving.

The app has a really poor UX - it's very difficult to understand what is going on with my money. I've had one tranche of investment for some time and it's not clear whether it's been invested and is going up or down since it shows in the app as the same amount invested.

Next of kin option to be introduced in cur8 to secure investment in case something happen to investor.

I've been with Cur8 Capital for more than 9 months and found the investments very transparent and straight forward with regular updates about the whole investment in general. Transfer of an existing ISA to them was good.
