I had an amazing customer service experience today on the phone. Geetha had assisted me attentively. She had answered my questions with such a perfect response. She also assisted to my needs swiftly making the experience quick and easy. The only thing I can nitpick about is the wait time, but I have alot of time on my hands so it doesn’t matter. Overall great staff👍

I had a call regarding Loan options and process. The analyst, A'lexus was very helpful and has went an extra-mile to provide me the details, handle the process with loan officer and provided all the information in a structured manner.

Our granddaughter had paperwork that required our signature and had to be notarized. Bill Fyfe, the branch manager assisted us today. What a nice person. He was very efficient and personable. He also answered so questions we had concerning another matter. What a great branch we have in Merrimack!
