From the first visit to the Durham South branch, my impression was extremely positive. Friendly staff and a massive showroom exceeded my expectations.

Scott did a fantastic job designing my new en-suite with patience and good humour. The quality of the final renders was amazing. Communication throughout the process from Scott has been excellent.

Installation should hopefully be in October, and I can't wait. Fingers crossed for a continued great experience.

I felt that for the not insignificant postage cost, being limited to six and then finding they were the size of coasters quute disappointing. It's not helped me choose tiles at all.

The showroom in folkestone is large and very well stocked, on entering we were greeted by darrel , who let us have a look around the showroom to see if we could get some ideas, as we wanted floor tiles he advised us on which ones were good for electric underfloor heating and after giving my kitchen dimensions darrel calculated the amount of tiles, adhesive and grout required. As the price was very competetive and could be delivered in a timely manner we agreed and paid for them . Once delivered myself and my tile fitter completed kitchen floor to a high standard. I have been using the Tiverton branch and have been very impressed. The staff are happy to leave you alone if that's what you want, and they are very helpful and knowledgeable when you need them. I have had a shower room gutted and refitted almost entirely with items from Easy Bathrooms as they offer a good range of good quality items at a good price. There is an infinite amount of stuff available online but it is great to be able to see the items in a store.

We went into the Durham store today for an appointment,unfortunately the lady we had booked to see was ill. Scott, who is based in another store, stepped in and in a couple of hours designed our beautiful bathroom. His calm, friendly, knowledgeable approach on the range of products available and advice on options was really impressive.Scott guided us through the process with patience and gentle humour making what could have been a challenging experience a real pleasure. It would be unfair to not mention the amazing Thomas (also from a different store) who went above and beyond to help identify tiles when the ones we had chosen were discovered to be discontinued. Thomas really knows the vast range of tiles incredibly well and grasped the look and feel we wanted and helped us achieve that. They are both a real credit to Easy Bathrooms and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We travel all the way from Manchester to visit Easy Bathrooms, as Gemma is so kind, extremely knowledgeable and always identifies the correct tiles for our new house. Gemma was also great at picking out things for our bathroom as well. We are so happy, and so thankful that Gemma has helped us, and would highly recommend Gemma and Easy Bathrooms to anyone looking for lovely items for their homes.

We had to order two bathrooms for a bungalow conversion. The whole Truro sales team and especially our contact, the showroom manager where very knowledgeable and no question or request was too much trouble.
Final order was very competitive and after sales exemplary when one item was damaged in transit, it was exchanged based on pictures and new item delivered in 3 days.

I made an order of tiles, the staff were very helpful letting me know when the store delivery was ready for collection. They even helped load into my van. Above and beyond, happy to recommend and I’ll be using again.

My experience has been a living nightmare for a year now. The purchasing was so easy so efficient. The installation has been the worst experience I have ever had. It started last July when the team arrived not equipped with dust sheets. They then had a okay day ripping out the old bathroom. They were okay getting prepped for the tiling and installation of the new suite. They started the install split the bag of black grout up my wall and all over my floor and covered with a dust sheet to hide what had happened. The team could not communicate as their English was limited which made communication difficult they left the installation finished without my heating working which I then had to pay out for to get repaired the heating was working fine prior to the installation. On inspection and cleaning of the bathroom that had been handed over to me there was scratches on my floor tiles, a hole drilled in the tiles that was incorrect where they were ganging the radiator a chip out of the cabinet and a toilet that did not fully flush. I did not sign the paperwork to say I was happy and contacted the install team for the area manager to come and investigate which he did and said he would get it rectified. The install team came back but were not happy and proceeded to rectify some of the errors however easy bathrooms had sent the wrong batch of tiles and therefore the colours were different. The installers did not advise me of this they fitted them and left when I went to the bathroom you could see the incorrect tiles shouting out at you they had not fixed the hole they had drilled. I then discovered the items in my drawers under the sink wet and the cabinet was swollen the installers had left a leak from the sink tap. They were due to come and change this on 29th December on that morning I received a call to say his van had broken down this turned out up be a lie he had booked the job in knowing he was on holiday. There was no need for the dishonesty. I then still had bits that needed rectifying and the new area manager was due to come and inspect however he decided he didn’t want to so sent another area manager from another area who was great and could see the problems and was shocked to see the poor install. I was hold the tiles matching would be sorted the hole in the yoke would be sorted and a few other bits would all be rectified. After chasing from February to May I was finally told the batch I had do not exist now so colour cannot be matched. I got given a choice of change the floor take a refund for the floor neither an option as I purchased a bathroom to have the same tiles so it was agreed they would retile the whole bathroom. I had to choose new tiles which I did. Agreed a date of new installation date of 17th August (today). Materials would arrive on 14th. Materials did not arrive I called at 8.40am this morning to see where and who was coming why I didn’t have the materials they were unable to advise. They said they would call me back an hour later I called back as I heard nothing to told still trying to find out. They would call back. 3 hours later after the initial call still no call so called back to be yoked nothing had been orders for this job to start. I’m now still waiting for a call from a manager to advise what’s happening. As easy bathrooms are fully aware only had this week to get this done. I have a shower and sink that dont work a year on but nobody cares as they have the money. I would never recommend to anybody £19k wasted.

they were a perfect with everything we asked for, the lady went through everything a couple of times, she helped with the colouring on the tiles for the floor and walls, the insulation man was very good as well

Helpful staff in store when I collected. Only negative thing was one of the items was not accurately described on the website.

Well on the whole we were happy with the design and the delivery. Only issue the designer over estimated the expensive wall tiles and under estimated cheaper the floor tiles. Not an issue other than you can not apparently return tiles as they are ‘batched’ whatever this means.

Great choice of bathrooms & great service

The staff were all great, they left us to look around. Once we had decided what we wanted they were very knowledgeable & gave good advice. The staff at the Galashiels thank you.

From order to delivery and sorting out any issues with equipment that wasn't right on delivery the staff at the Aintree, Liverpool store have been fantastic. They even price matched the electric shower we bought that was cheaper at Screwfix. The bathroom fittings we bought see to be very good quality.
