Danni was very helpful and patient and the lady from Southampton branch who stood in for her was good too

We have found the design and sales team at the Hemel Hempstead store knowledgeable and patient throughout. In addition, the installation team took all precautions to protect our carpets and home prior to a professional installation, discussing the final finish throughout.
The only area we feel they could look to improve on is the continuity of the involvement of the store where we placed the order. They were no longer involved once the installation was commenced, which we felt uncomfortable with. This does not distract from how pleased we are with the final job and would recommend them and would readily use them again.

Simple to look at what you need and easy to order and good fast delivery.

Every thing delivered on time, one wall panel damaged but we worked round it bye putting mirror over the damaged panel, very helpful staff, would recommend.

I use easy bathrooms york for the vast majority of my supply and install bathroom jobs as a trade installer.

All the staff at York branch and products if they could be rated individually would be 5 star but the minute it leaves their hands for some strange reason it's becoming more and more difficult to rely on delivery's and within a community of trade bathroom fitters the feeling is mutual amongst us, both of my recent job deliveries wise have cost me either financially or credibility with customers

Present job, a large project borderline full house renovation, whole kitchen renovation, new kitchen tiles and a complete bathroom so the customer had spent a lot of money on my performance and materials. due Wednesday 22nd of July, house is completely empty, order due at 18:13 of course it's going to be me having to wait there, I wasted 2 hours waiting for the delivery to get a message saying failed delivery and on further investigation it's due to the driver not having enough driving hours which route planning or extra drivers could have easily avoided this but to save costs it's been congested onto someone who doesn't have the time or capacity to do so. Brokendown in a nutshell on my side, 2 hours of my time at 50+VAT and a labourer half a day, plus fuel the next day to drive and collect tiles or else I have no work for 2 days and it holds the kitchen fitting up monday. £250+ as a loss, close to a day of the week I'm working for free and credibility to produce on my side, dropped.

Previous job to that, complete bathroom renovation, tiles the suite the lot, england playing in the world cup and the customer waits in all day to receive the order and it turns up at 19:20 so you can imagine the flack I received on that one.

Previous to these jobs it has been various reasons like "it's been missed off the delivery so will be another 2 days" , which I don't think is acceptable from a nationwide reputable bathroom company who are trying to deliver (not including the ones us trades refuse to use!). I've left 1 star because good products and good sales staff doesn't equal a good job if it's not reliably delivered. Apologies to the staff at York branch or any of the regulars I deal with a consistent basis who move mountains to get me what I need, I submit this review in the hope that the delivery chain is fixed so I can leave this as a 5 star review and continue using them

Despite the purchase of tiles and units for full bathroom refit costing thousands, Easy Bathrooms has repeatedly declined to take responsibility for delivering a damaged unit, saying the reporting of the issue was outside their internal timescale. The unit had remained boxed in a bedroom, awaiting builder availability to install it.

Whilst we should no longer qualify for a refund as it was not reported straightaway, legally a replacement or repair of the damage, should be forthcoming. The options from Easy Bathrooms were to accept the damaged unit or pay 40% of the cost of it for a replacement.

According to UK consumer advisor, Which? and several other sources, reporting the fault after 30 days but within 6 months means that whilst consumers lose the right to an automatic full refund, they are legally entitled to a free repair or a free replacement unit. The law presumes the fault was there at delivery, and the retailer must bear all costs.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Consumers are entitled to a remedy at no cost to themselves, if faulty or damaged goods are delivered, internal timescales do not absolve statutory duties.

The response of Easy Bathrooms in this case comprises customer trust and goodwill.

Update:
Easy Bathrooms has now agreed to replace the faulty unit without charge. At the same time, they clearly stated that they maintained their original position and do not accept liability, they were doing it in exceptional circumstances and purely as a good will gesture.

(Nothing about it being the statutory right of the consumer in UK law).

Online easy, in store not overly helpful

Good service and product but extortionate delivery charge.

The showroom salesman order the wrong cabinet, when it arrived and opened it up I contacted the shop but they were not very helpfull put the blame on us saying we should have checked the order, well there lies the problem when you go online and put in the item as shown on the order it does not show up and why, because they have trade name on the order which is different from the showroom name. Would not buy anything from them again very unhelpfull. Even the head office were as bad saying they would not charge collection or delivery !!! Why it was not my fault, down to them to sort, but this is the problem they have taken the money and dont care afterwards.

Very informative, honest and helpful whilst walking through available products and quotes

Visited easy bathrooms Wolverhampton recently on two occasions. The first time was too have our bathroom designed and to look at the choice of bathroom suits etc. Bex was so helpful and understanding of what we needed. Her advice and patience was outstanding. So friendly which is why we returned to place our order with her. We are awaiting our delivery now. She took the stress away of sorting a new bathroom. Bex is a credit to your company. I will certainly be recommending easy bathrooms in the future.

Their guarantees are subject to their fanciful interpretations. A bathroom heated mirror which was installed 4 years ago in a guest bedroom, and which was used for less than an hour in total, failed, but because it was more than two years old, they refused to replace it. They did offer to sell me a replacement component but, of course, that would mean paying an electrician to fix it which would be more cost than a new mirror.
I have another requirement for a £9.5 K bathroom refurb, but Easy Bathrooms certainly won’t be getting any more business from me.
