Received item promptly at a great price

Recently relocated to Tennessee and 1 of my first purchases was a tv from this store. To give a benefit of a doubt, I did make my purchase online. But instantly as soon asI made my purchase, it spent days in the fraud department. I was never told why and the fraud department don't answer nor return calls. Finally, they process my order through and schedule my installation. The day come for them to install the TV on my wall. I did know I had to buy my own mounting kit so I had one ready for them to use. To my surprise, the installers tell me they can't install my TV to my wall because the mounting kit wasn't purchased from their store. Mind you, through the whole process, I was never told I had to only buy a mounting kit through them. Also, I never read nor seen that disclaimer on their website. So yes, I am furious with this whole experience

I bought a 55" television from Walmart, but it turns out that Walmart was just the middle man, and it actually came from Electronic Express. i was informed I would have it by Saturday (today). Then I received notice that it would be delivered early (yesterday, before 7 PM.) I checked several times by looking for the package outside my front door. It still wasn't there by 9:30 PM. Not feeling well, I fell asleep, woke at 4 AM and checked the front door again, just in case. Finally, I went to the Walmart website to see when my updated delivery time would be, and much to my shock, they said the item had been delivered at 5 PM the night before. When I clicked on the delivery information, I saw a photo of the television propped up against the garage, in a location hidden from my front door view. So I called Walmart customer service at 4:30 AM and was forced to argue with an AI robot for 20 minutes or so before I finally got a human being. I was told that they would make a complaint to the company, and that's when I found out that I didn't actually purchase from Walmart, but from this place. The man was nice, but since it was still dark outside, I had to wait until daybreak before going outside and trying to drag the box to my front door. The box was taller than I. Since they left it in front of the garage instead of to my door, under a porch roof, it had been rained on. The box was soggy and too heavy to try to scoot all the way to the front door. Then i noticed the word FRAGILE printed on the box with two arrows showing how the box should be handled. The delivery person left it on its side. In the rain. In a location that cannot be seen from my front door. i also noticed that the edge of the box had been bashed in and yellow tape had been placed over the corner where the damage was. So I went through the agony of calling Walmart customer service again, talking to the robot and finally a human, who said they would try to have my local Walmart deliver the tv to my front door and they would call me back and let me know when to expect the driver. It's been over an hour and i have not been called yet. This has been a nightmare experience and it's still not over because until i can get the box into the house, unpack it, plug it in and see if it works, i don't know if I'll have to pack the whole thing back up and somehow return it. I am disabled, don't have a car, so who knows what I'll have to go through if it needs to be returned, on top of what I've already endured.

They told me that the payment could not go through, when I consulted the bank about the issue, they said it must have been on electronic expressive side. We haven't rejected the payment, ultimately had the counsel the order and find a third place to order the merchandise that I want to buy.

Item was exactly as described and arrived quickly.

The convivence of free shipping was a plus. The product I bought, a 50 in Samsung, was 50%off. It was a great value. The picture is really great. my granddaughter bought a 65 inch just like mine.

Everything about this transaction was great. Communication on delivery was promp and delivery was quicker than I anticipated.

I bought it online but had plan on my father getting it while I was at work. That wasn't allowed so I had to take off work early just to pick it up. That is crazy if I could just send them my dad's information then he should have been able to get it with the receipt. It didn't say anything on the website before purchase that he couldn't get it

I purchased a commercial washer and dryer. The washer was defective right out of the box. I was told to purchase another
and return the defective one and I pay shipping. Once they receive the return I will get a refund for the defective unit. They've had the return for some time and no sign of the return. When I call, I get the runaround. Rebecca used to be helpful but now what she says isn't the truth. Beware of Electronic Express. If there were a negative 5 stars that is what I would give this company. Rude and unhelpful.

I bought a speed queen washer that was open box and it does not even work!! We picked it up and now we have to take it back. They should know if they sell an appliance if it works or not!!! No happy with my experience:{
